The repair man was going to be a little late I was informed of the process the entire time. He was prompt on time and knew what he was doing. He did a full evaluation and was very knowledgeable about the HVAC system. I will definitely be using this company for all my heating and cooling needs!

They were excellent to work with! They communicated and explained what was wrong and went through every possible option to repair or replace my heat pump. Once we decided to replace it, they gave us a few options. Once we scheduled to have it replaced, they were extremely quick to get us on the schedule and kept their promises and completed the install on time. Their price was a couple thousand dollars below a quote that we received from another big name company in the Dayton/Huber Heights market. We couldn’t be more happier with them!

Five Star is the right name for this company. The 2 man team sent out were fantastic. They handled everything smoothly, including a 5 minute delay caused by DP&L fixing a wire on the pole. I would recommend them hands down.

Josh was so amazing he got me such a great deal on a new unit. They were able to get out the next day and put it in. I’m so thankful because I have a son with severe asthma and he’s staying with his great grandma now he can come home tomorrow.

Dakota, Toby, and Ryan were amazing when they came out. Our system and home threw them curve balls but they never once complained. They fixed the issues, even though they weren’t the ones they were out here for. Dakota made sure to explain everything he was doing, or when a problem presented itself, and made sure we knew exactly what they were doing. They were patient, professional, and very friendly, especially in a household with pets and children. Their work was neat, done properly, and they cleaned up any mess they left behind. Would definitely recommend and plan on using this company in the future for our heating or cooling needs.

I called Huber Heights Heating and Cooling after being fed up with two of their major competitors. Thus far they were very quick and professional in responding to my problem. While the technician needed to order parts to complete the repair, and it is New Years Eve - so that aint happening same day, he was able to restore limited heating functionality on my heat pump during the current cold snap so I can continue living in my home....Thank you THANK YOU!!! I look forward to them being back out as soon as the parts are in to complete the job. They have been nothing but professional and courteous. They explained everything, appear cost conscious of my wallet, and the office called to follow up and make sure I understood and was happy. That NEVER happened with the competition. So far, I am a very happy new customer.

I called to get a rough estimate on an AC/Furnace replacement. Could not comply without going to my house. I live in Huber Heights..... my house is the same as the other 300 single level 3 bedroom ranch brick homes in my neighbor. This place is called Huber Heights Heating & Cooling..... they should know. I know most if not all the details on my home, but anyways this seems like a company too big for its britches. Bella did call me back and let me know that I could get an instant quote on their website. (moves this to a 2 star review) Edit: Called back spoke to Jessie, told her I was instructed to call and ask for a manager based on my google review. She informed me there was no one to talk to and I would have leave my number. I told her never mind. p.s. All of the other HVAC places I called were able to give me a rough quote over the phone, especially considering the cookie cutter house I live in.

The guys from 5 star heating and cooling were incredibly professional, helpful, and easy to work with. We had a repair person come out to take a look at our aging unit that was struggling this summer. He made a repair to get it up and running and did a free estimate to replace it - for a very competitive price. We decided to go ahead and replace it and they got a team out the very next day. We were very happy with the service!

Alright, so the guy who came out to have a look at our old furnace was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He walked us through what happened, and what needed to happen to fix the situation. Our heat exchanger went out and it wouldnt be worth buying a new one for a 20 year old furnace. We ended up getting a new furnace from the company and they gave us a great deal, even upgrading us to the carrier brand. Then they sent two installers out like a day later(really quickly, noice), and they were also fantastic, friendly, fast, and professional. Sometimes companies send out cheerful salesmen and some really moody installers but everyone from the phone operators to the installers were just great. I would recommend this company to anyone. This is how companies should be doing business. Ill likely be grabbing an AC from then coming up this spring!

He was on time, professional and nice and was able to get us up and running ASAP and they did not charge us an arm and a leg...even for a Saturday service call! Huber came out on a Friday evening, quoted $1,500 lower than anyone else and would have installed my new furnace on Saturday if the warehouse had been open 20 minutes later. As it was, they came at 8am Monday morning and were done by 12:30pm. They did exactly what they said they would and charged exactly what they said they would. Every single person I interacted with was professional and friendly. They were even nice to my dog. So far the new furnace is running brilliantly, but I know if something were to happen, Huber would come make it right in record time.

Kyle and Brandon did an exceptional job on my new furnace and a/c installation. I am now up and running again, with a nice warm house. Chad came out this afternoon and acted very professional! With this Covid 19 going around he wore his mask and gloves and made sure it was a safe work environment. Started as a service call for inop AC. The repairman replaced 1 blown fuse. I chose the company because of a coupon in local flyer. The had a $2999 coupon for AC replacement. I requested a formal quote and decided to proceed. On Thursday I was told the following Tuesday might be available. I was supposed to be called for confirmation on Friday. I received no call. I texted the POC on Saturday. No response. I called the POC on Monday, no answer. I called the office and was told Im working on your install paperwork for tomorrow afternoon. They made no effort to confirm my availability before scheduling the appointment. The actual install went well. I paid by check. Three weeks later the check still had not be cashed. I called the office. I was told our Finance office is in Columbus and the check hasnt arrived in the mail yet. It was finally cashed almost a week later.

Came out within 24hrs and my technician Joe was great. He was very thurow and explained everything. There are also very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

Blown away. I was leaving for vacation and my AC went out. The dog sitter was going to have a rough time and I called Huber Heights Heating & Cooling and they dont mess around.
