Employee was irritable and rude. No customers around, I was the only one there. Not sure why she gave such a big attitude but it definitely wasnt appreciated.

Fast and efficient workers helped me in the store printed my labels and helped me figure out how to send my orders.

I came in on 6/28 with 12 packages that needed to be shipped. One of the registers was down so a line started to form and in the middle of my transaction an employee asked me to step aside so she could ring up the person behind me. I understand a line is frustrating and they want to help customers, but I didnt feel very welcome. Thorne was incredibly helpful in quickly getting my labels printed. He assured me that my order was fine to bring into the store and he got through it efficiently. I was glad he was the one to handle it, as the other employee made it seem like I was a burden.

Will NEVER do business here again. UPS website told me $12 dollars, WITH PACKAGE DIMENSIONS. Then charged me a $25 handling fee when I sent an employee up to drop it off. The fee is applied over 50 pounds not based in size which is LITERALLY spelled out on UPS website. Never again. Terrible service when I called to inquire why the charge. Just got told, ‘no, no, no, no, no, you misunderstood’

What a great group of people at this location. I was returning a package to Amazon, brought in all my stuff they boxed it up for me and I was out the door. Due to circumstances beyond their control Internet was down at the time I drop my package off. The next day I left for vacation and received an email from them stating they did not receive my shipping label. I tried a few times to resend while away but due to poor phone service, I was unable to. I stopped back in the store today and they were so apologetic for what happened (Even though it wasn’t really their mess up). I thought they handled the whole situation with class. We were able to get the label printed in just a minute or two. Great place and location and like I said before, top notch employees!

I HIGHLY recommend this location for all your printing needs! I needed my college capstone project printed off and spiral bound. After calling over 10 printing places in the area, UPS Howell were the only ones who could do it same day, and for the best price! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well! My experience here was excellent!

Great employee awesome service

There are a couple of folks who work at this UPS store who I would consider excellent in customer service! Tonight was a good example. Came in late. Needed to get my shipment out before the truck arrived, and the gentleman working understood my urgency and helped me make boxes up so my order would ship before the truck arrived. Good Peeps!

Quick, friendly, helpful, pleasant, informative...whatever one could possibly expect, and more! I had missed a delivery three times from a TV repair (due to an unexpected hospital stay), when it went back to the warehouse ctr., they made extra efforts to make the connection needed to retrieve it! We brag about this branch every chance we get! They must understand long term thinking of keeping customers like service people use to! Now so many retort to short term (make the quick buck)!

Terrible! I sent a package, paid for 2 day Saturday delivery but it wasnt received for at least 5 days. I could of paid for ground shipping and it would of been received faster. Since then I have been waiting a month to get a refund, UPS customer service is terrible and said i would need to go through the UPS store but no one can give me any answers and i yet to have my refund back. I assure you that I will never use this store again, look for a different location before sending your package.

This stores staff went above and beyond in assisting me and my 81 year old mother. They are genuinely concerned about the number of seniors being scammed, sending packages to on-line dating scammers in foreign countries. Cant thank this store enough! Reward them!!!
