Use to be good but not anymore. Doesnt rinse as well and leaves soapy residue. The dryer seems to be shorter as well. Doesnt dry as well as it once did.

Was great when they opened back up but now seems like less pressure and chemical. My car just didnt seem as clean. If I wanted to spend that kind of money I would have went to a drive thru wash

I loved the experience of using the car wash because my truck came clean and I had the perfect amount of time to get it clean. It is cheap and easy to use. 4 dollars was enough to wash my truck. Love it

This is a great wash. The owners seem to actually maintain it, such as keep it clean, check the vacuum suction, clean the hand wash stalls and clean the automatic soft cloth, as they look like they are in great shape still. I feel the drying could be better down the side of the vehicle on the automatic wash, as it doesnt really have any side blowers. The wash cycle itself seems to do a pretty good job. On our black Tahoe, you can still see some areas it misses on the very front and rear, but thats pretty common on most of these washes. I still give this a 5 star, due to how its maintained. Great job!

This is easily the best car wash Ive ever been to. Both the self service and the automated wash are excellent. I love that I dont have to deal with quarters or cash anymore. And I like how the self serve has button selections versus the older styles that had a selector switch so youd swipe across every selection and get 30 seconds of wax and then 30 seconds of soap and then finally clean water. Great job to the owner.

I came here for a car wash, had a way too long conversation with a guy trying to push the monthly membership on me. If I wanted to sign up for a monthly membership, I would join a gym... Im here for a car wash every once in a while.

Great new facility, the automatic wash works exceptionally well. The staff I have encountered were all very professional and polite. Monthly plan is an excellent value.

Great wash job on my car! The process was a bit confusing though. Usually in other car washes, you put your car in neutral, not park. The guy in the car behind me had to come tell me to back up since I had pulled too far forward and was stuck holding up the line. Better instructions might be helpful. But my car looks great!

Its very loud but gets the job done fantastically. You can choose whether manual or automatic and theres an air refilling station as well. There are 3 levels to choose from for the automatic wash: $10, $12, $14 for individual use, $30, $36, $42 monthly packages, and also an app and gift receipt options.

Often a long wait but you can get a good cheep car wash, especially if you do it yourself.

Fantastic wash. They really did a number to increase the efficiency and quality of this wash. Plan on a long wait, because its that good. Yes a bit pricy, and Im unfortunately giving four stars just because of the unavailability of being able to buy a plan for two cars and not a plan tied to a single license. I dont need to wash my car every day, but if there was the availability to get my wife and I both on the high tier plan I would in a heart beat. But in all seriousness, I love this wash and always talk about it to my family.

Pretty impressed with this New wash in howell. The wash bays were all clean, the soft cloth was pretty cool. Have not seen a system like that before. Car looks very good after using the soft cloth

Tricked into purchasing unlimited car washes and returned later in the day for a wash and was rejected. Customer service said that I had to wait 18hrs or they would go broke lmao 😂 Instantly canceled membership. Not to mention the app is sketchy and showed my next payment date as the year 2000.

Great place and good prices, does get busy but it worth the wait. Everything is nice and kept clean.

Fantastic upgrade!! The hot water melts the bugs right off and the super light hose is so much nicer than the old heavy ones you had to lug around. I used the vacuum today and the attachment kept coming off but there is someone on site and a number you can call if you need assistance. 👍👍

Little higher prices but really cleans your car 🚗. A lot of options. Try it you will be sold.

UPDATE May 20, 2021: This place is super popular now and for good reasons. The staff here are very nice, the place stays clean, and so far my car hasnt been damaged by the automatic wash. Overall I love the value and performance of the wash. Be prepared to wait in line for a bit unless you come in the middle of the work day (like I said, its a popular place). Thanks!Original Review: Ill admit it, this new place has a lot going for it. Maybe a little bit better suction on the vacs? But thats nitpicky. Now lets see how they maintain the site and the soft cloth wash. If they dont maintain/replace the items that touch the cars, it wont take long to notice. Will update accordingly. For now, nice place and the price is good enough. Any higher on prices then Id say look elsewhere.

Took both of my lawn trucks and equipment in to clean up. We made sure to blow off the mowers so where wouldnt be a mess of grass in there nice new bays. We were told we couldnt clean them due to another company clogging there drains. Oh well there $50s they lost and lost a return customer

Waited 10 minutes for the auto wash. Moved one car forward. Switched over to the manual. The guy in front of me washed his suv for 16+ minutes before I gave up and left. The other stalls didnt seem much better. Never again.

Absolutely love this car wash. I always come here. Using the self wash machines are easy and fun. Car wash itself runs a bit slow since cars are washed about 5 minutes each, but your car gets very clean. Well worth the wait!!

For years we have been coming to this self serve carwash and it has been great. We live in Brighton, but hands down Brighton has nothing to compare.So we drive to Howell. The self serve bays in Brighton are dirty, busted up cement and usually broken. Shame on Brighton for allowing these place of businesses to operate. We liked the old Soapy Bucket... but the NEW remodel is awesome . Always clean and so far machines are working great. The owners have always been on it as far as keeping it clean and operating at full capacity. Great job Soapy Bucket! We will continue to come to you.

Paid for the MONTHY UNLIMITED WASH.Came in one day and got a wash. Yes my truck was very dirty. First wash didn’t do a great cleaning which I figured it wouldn’t. Came around again for a 2nd wash since I do pay for UNLIMITED WASHES and was denied. Called the place the next day and was told 1 a day. If that’s the case the sign is failed advertising

I went here for the first time yesterday! I was a little anxious because this was my first. There was a gentleman there that was very helpful and made the process easy. Is this the cheapest place for a car wash? No. Is it the best quality car wash you are ever going to get while having fun with it? Yes!

Tried it for the first time today, using the app. The experience was easy and convenient. The wash turned out great, and my truck was nearly completely dry after the dryer bay. My only complaint is that I paid extra for the tire dressing, but it doesnt appear that any was applied.

Seems a bit pricier than other do it yourself carwashes. And Ill never understand why some do it yourself ones use cold water (this being one of them). Soap seems high quality though.

Be careful using your credit card for a car wash. They charged my credit card $10 for soap and rinse. It’s remodeled and looks good. In my opinion it did not help with traffic flow cars were everywhere. They had cones up but it has blind spots just like before the remodel. You can’t really tell if a bay is open until you pull around.

I absolutely love all of the upgrades. Im not a fan of washing my own car, but love the automatic bay. I really love that there is an option for drying my car too. The ap us so user friendly. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up.

First time using the automatic wash. I paid for the Ultimate wash and tire shine, drive into the bay and it didnt give me anything that I paid for. It sprayed my car down with water, stopped, and opened the door. The entire process was maybe a minute long. Not sure if I just didnt stop in the right spot? Ive never used one before so Im not sure.

Rained for 3 or 4 days straight so my car was covered in a layer of dirt and mud. I’ve came here many times to use the self spray machines and decided for today I’d try the automatic car wash for a change. I went in with high hopes and expectations, I figured it’s a brand new place how bad could it be. I paid $8 for the express wash which is the base wash only to sit there for 5 minutes and only be sprayed with a tiny mist on my car the entire time. The machine shut off and the gate opened up and told me to pull out. I spent $8 to have my car washed for it look the exact same way it went in. Terrible. Will not be a returning customer.

The person who greeted me was very nice. However I paid $14 for wash plus two dollars for tire shine an my tires are dirty . Did not get the dirt in my wheel wells. There was soap still on my truck. Running boards are still caked with Mud. I think their drying feature is nice.

This car wash isnt fn around. The auto wash did better than any other wash Ive had.

Absolutely the best Car Wash I have ever experienced! This has all new tech when it comes to a Car Wash. I am a fan and will return as soon as I need another great cleaning.

EXPENSIVE- I tried the coin/ self serve wash, while the bays are nice and fancy, it’s about double the price of the other coin wash in town based on time vs. amount of quarters, according to my stop watch. No time countdown if you swipe a card, just wash until you’re done and check your online banking the next day to see what you racked up.Second, I tried the touch free drive in bay, paid $12 dollars for a wash explicitly with an underbody wash. While the body came out decent, the underbody and wheel wells weren’t so much as touched and still had all the grime I came in with. They need to make some adjustments, and in my opinion Howell soft cloth is still king of the suds in town.

Live on a dirt road, and in a very convenient location, not to expensive

Great water pressure. Great amount of cleaning options. Clean and user friendly.

Some of the functions did not work like just a plain rinse so I had to use the finish sealer as my rinse. Foam brush was frozen so we couldnt use that either. Swing and a miss. Probably wont stop here again any time soon.

Had a creepy guy who appeared to be an employee staring at me as If I was doing something wrong the whole time I was cleaning my car.other than that not a bad place.

Went to the self service spray car wash for the first time since the remodel. It cost $1.50 for two minutes of spray time. Not even enough time to spray the entire vehicle with soap let alone rinse it. The Add more coin beeper started going off before I even sprayed off the hood bumper and windshield.

I was in line today to do the automatic wash with my Hummer H2 and was told that I am no longer allowed to get my car washed because I have a back tire and front grill on my vehicle 👿 Amazing because I’ve been getting the car washed since they reopened and owner has seen me and NEVER said a word and now all of the sudden I’m not welcome 👿👿
