I had the interior and exterior detailed.We did not inspect the vehicle closely until 5 days after the work was performed - this was because we parked the vehicle in our garage due to rain about to come and we wanted to keep it nice for an upcoming show. My wife found scratches on the hood of the vehicle that were not there previously. Because my wife had to take the vehicle to the show a took photos and we nd to Howell Soft Cloth to show them. The lady there told be that it couldnt have happened there because the workers would have told her about it. She said if the scratches were not so bad she would try to buff then out for me but they were too deep so I should just turn a claim into my insurance company. Estimate was 1,000 dollars but I dont want to raise my insurance rates so Ill have to live with it. I have photos but need to figure out how to post.

Tina is the most unprofessional person in town..She told the owners daughter in law that I could never return? I always tipped very WELL, most of the employees were very professional, but Tina cannot deal with any constructive criticism!!, definitely not a good leader!! Every opportunity I get I tell people to never go there! Unfortunate but it wont be long until the management, and or owner is gone, TOO BAD.

Paid for the premium wash and tipped $2 extra and the gentlemen working barely sprayed my car off let alone give me the bug remover and wheel brite that I paid for.

I just want to say what a tremendous job they did in detailing my car. This is the third time I have had them do this and all three times I have not been disappointed. I would also like to add the friendliness of their staff. They definitely deserve five stars!!

Had my car detailed and picked it up, it looked brand new every crack and crevice was clean. I am truly amazed. I highly recommend this place!

They did a full interior detail on my BMW X5 I called tina she was very easy to work with they waited for my car to get there so I could have it back in the same day. I would highly recommend this detail service.

I had them do an interior detail on an F150. They picked up my truck right on-time and returned it to me in a few hours. I swear the inside looks brand new now. I was blown away by how good it looks. Great service.

Do not go here for car detailing! They absolutely ruined our car. They left so much moisture in the car, when you lifted up the mat there was water. They left so much car shiner it was dripping. The car has a horrid smell now that will not go away. On top of that they didn’t even vacuum under the seats, drunk, by the back window. On the exterior they left water / soap spots. Cost? Over $200 for a car in worse condition. The smell makes my wife sick every time she gets in. Go some place else.

This a not where you want to get a car wash. I just got there most expensive wash and tipped the guys extremely well. (Before getting the wash) I was shocked to see that they all stood around and did not touch my car before it went into the wash. As if it wasn’t bad enough that the car still had bugs splattered all over it after the wash they then wiped my car with dirty rags. Worst car wash ever.

Best Car Wash and Detailing! Weve always gone to Howell Soft Cloth for their great car washes and hand drying. This time, we were in need of a really good detailing for our 2008 Jeep Liberty that we were selling. We were so unbelievably pleased and surprised at how great our vehicle looked after they finished with the detailing process. Every nook and cranny was spotless! All the employees were very professional and kind, too. HIGHLY recommended!!

Got my car washed and it took off my rear wiper. I gave my info to the attendant and she informed me the owner would call the next day. That did not happen. I have called the owner 4 times asking about my wiper. Every time she promises she’s going to order it and have hubby put it on. It has been 2.5 weeks since my car is still without a wiper.

I would absolutely never recommend this place for car detailing. I picked my car up and before I even saw the vehicle the worker told me I could bring it back for free if I wasn’t happy but I would have to make an appointment. I received my car back in worse condition than I brought it in. They left so much moisture on the seats and under the rugs my car smelled horrible, although they claimed it was because they cleaned a stain and the smell got brought out into the car? Which makes zero sense. It smelled like a sweaty gym bag. Hair / crumbs were still left everywhere. The left so much cleaner on the dash and wheel my hands were oily. The didn’t even vacuum the trunk. It was absolutely awful and for $233 dollars. The exterior had bad water marks as well. I called and the lady on the phone was very apologetic on the phone and said she would send a lady to pick up the car and they would do it over again and they did. I just received the car back and they still did nothing with the trunk or the backseat and it still smells horrible - which it did NOT when I brought it back in. I wish I could post photos. They tried to make it right but they didn’t. Go some place else, especially for the price.

Staff are great and attentive. However, for a $10+ wash my truck always comes out dirty. The tail gate and bumper are rarely clean. I always remove hitch prior to wash per signage. Yet the results are the same.

The manager, Tina, is awesome! She knows how to keep the business moving forward, works well with the customers and is very down to earth.The car wash itself is very thorough, however, the young men sometimes overlook their tasks in totality. Sometimes you get the full service you paid for like tires being sprayed, being offered a wet rag to wipe down the inside while going through, and windows being brushed to debug. Sometimes theyll not do any of it.Also, the vehicle conveyor sometimes freezes in the winter and youll be forced to reverse out of the circle entry, and the breaker trips often stopping the whole process mid-run. But those would be the owners fault, not the employees.Overall, with Tina managing as best as can be expected with what shes given, and teens being millennial teens (some are very cute for those that like that), and an owner that can only reinvest what he gets coming in... This Place is Pretty Awesome.I have decided to keep buying the Unlimited Wash Gold Package because I always have a clean car. And thats what the bottom line should be for a Car Wash.

Detail shop did a good enough job washing & waxing. But in no way did they do any detailing. I thought and even asked if they detailed the exterior. The inside of gas cap door was untouched backside of mirrors untouched door jambs you guessed it untouched. Absolutely no attention to detail. So if you want a decent wash and wax for $80 go for it. But if you want it detailed find somewhere else.

I run my GMC Sierra pick-up thru the Soft Cloth yesterday morning and their equipment knocked off one my running board step pads. I only noticed when I got to work but called back and they found it and stopped by in the afternoon to pick it up, unfortunately damaged and unusable since ran over by many cars while getting washed. I stopped by next morning to address it with the manager - a blond woman with an angry face. She had a young man in the back of her booth - probably boyfriend - and when interrupted she stated that they are not responsible for loose parts on vehicles and this is a normal occurrence - although the running boards were original vehicle equipment installed by the manufacturer.The manager preferred to cancel my pass rather than paying $47 for the damaged part while her boyfriend started rambling on that something like this would never happen to his Ford pick-up which he is washing there every day and theres something is wrong with my vehicleIf using that place, my advice is to check your vehicle after, their equipment is rough and can damage or ruin your car.

What a joke of a car wash, rude attendants and spotty car wash. Waste of money!!! Cant get any worse than that. I will be going elsewhere thats for sure.

The best car wash in the area. I was so impressed with how clean they were able to get our Durango that was absolutely filthy. No place has got it as clean as they did.

This place is not worth the 180 dollars for the detail package I could have cleaned it myself better. There were streaks all over my windshield and in parts of the dash there was still black marks. The inky thing they cleaned that was a decent job was the floor mats. In top of that they took out stuff from my trunk and I have called them 4 times to try to see what they did with it but they always say, they are not in, can I write your name down to call you back and never get a call back about it.

Theres an older blonde hair girl that works there who is always rude and has some kind of attitude like she doesnt want to pump the gas I? I dont know what her problem is but shes going to lose a customer. Or actually lots of customers I dont know if the owner is aware of the way she treats the customer there but I hope she reads this and takes care of it. She never says thanks she just swipes the money from you and ask you if you want to fill up or not. Shes been there years I couldnt quite figure out what was wrong with her she was real nasty. The younger girls that work there are always so friendly and polite and I give them a tip for pumping my gas. Its just that one who has the attitude. me or my friends are not coming in there unless the owner replies back to this and takes care of it

I love this place, they pump the gas for you and you can get setup for an unlimited monthly wash then you just drive up and they give you a ticket to use for the car wash, it’s awesome!

If you like paying $140 to get your floor mats and the rest of the interior covered in ARMOR-ALL .. go ahead. Myself im furious!!!! They ruined my Jeep.
