All in One Kitchen and Bath remodeled our master bathroom. I cant say enough good things about everyone involved in the remodel. Caras design skills and creativity were amazing. Rob and Ryan (the guys who did all the work) were outstanding craftsmen (and have very pleasant personalities - we got to spend several days getting to know them as they went through every step of the remodel). We were not sure about how to go about getting this remodel done at first but the team at All in One Kitchen and Bath did a great job of taking us through the entire process from beginning to end. Jessica, our project manager, was very helpful in guiding us every step of the way.

To be honest I had no idea where to start. Saundra, my designer, walked me through all of my options and made the process fun and easy. She really listened to my wants and helped make them a reality. Love my kitchen, can not wait to do my next project!

There were no surprises in extra fees at the finish of the project. The initial price quote was unchanged but for a few dollars returned from a change in hardware.The project lead contractor Rob did an excellent job keeping us informed every step of the way. We met with Christina for a free consultation of our potential bathroom remodeling project. She was very patient and professional, looking into every corner of the bathroom, talking about her opionions and resolving our concerns. The consultation was very informative and helpful. Even though we decided not to proceed further into this project because of personal reasons, she was okay with that. My partner and I appreciated her professionalism very much.

The crew were fantastic, they were on time, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The installation and finishing details, in terms of trim, backsplash, counter top were top notch, and the pricing was very competitive as well. Great design for our 100 yr old house. Price was affordable. Our designer, Cara was very patient. The install crew inspected every cabinet before installing. Had a couple damaged cabinets and there were replaced ASAP. Appreciate their attention to those details. Crew was professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. Ward stone recently did a kitchen remodel in my home. The company is reliable and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with the results. Started out with a no show on the day of demolition. Cupboards are not positioned properly to open correctly and even though we provided the appliances that we purchased things weren’t put together well. They didn’t care to make things right.I’m truly disappointed in how they handled our job and will not be recommending them to anyone I know. It’s a shame how things ended. Won’t be using them for anything in the future.

Had a few snafus with my project, but John handled them with gracious professionalism, respect, and kindness. Outcome was perfect and I would recommend them highly.

Ward Stone Group did not show up for their first appointment with me. Normally that would have been it for me however they were right next to my gym so I tried again. Lots of apologies and promises for a great price on my counter tops. I was also seeking a quote on a bathroom remodel.So Jon makes it to the next appointment and brought his contractor with him. We spend quite a bit of time talking about the kitchen counter tops and the bathroom remodel.And I never hear from them again. Really?This time I did not try again....
