This team is Amazing ! GEORGE IS AMAZING ANS HIS TEAM ARE WONDERFUL. They were very efficient very talented and did a beautiful job on our floors they had to take out the old floors and put brand new porcelain tile and it looks wonderful I would definitely use them again

I’m usually the guy, who lets this kind of stuff go, give a little grace, but this project started and ended all the way wrong and for a $3,000 I expected more......this was completely disappointing!!Let me first say, that the quality of work was great. However, that only happened when they finally decided to show up. The crew assigned to my house had excuse after excuse for the reason they couldn’t start on Monday (as stated in the contract) and a half day Tuesday. The main office lady, continuously acted as if this was normal, she kept referencing “this is how it is in the world of construction “. What really upset me was the fact that I had to call them to find out where their crew was. And for the record, no it’s not. Both my wife and I have dealt with contractors (both in our profession and personal lives) and this is not the normal, especially for work being done on the inside. This extended a week long project into a 2 week project, meanwhile my home remained in shambles (furniture moved everywhere). To add insult to injury, on the supposedly last day of the of work, they sent some young kid to grout (probably because the main guys had to start on another project) and they left grout haze all over my home. (I learned later that happens because they didn’t clean up properly after grouting). Which required ANOTHER day of them coming back. And do you know, not one time during all these set backs did the “Owner”-George come by to check up on the work. I can say, the most urgency I saw from them in this entire process, was when that last payment was due! That’s when they followed up.

They are good christian individuals and they give good quality customer service. I was very much please with their service and the employees are very professional. I have already recommended them to another friend of mine. I would rate them a 5 star company. Thank you for your service!

Elite Restoration installed tile and wood floor in our whole house. They were very professional and met all our requirements. Each installation crew took time to make sure everything was perfect.

My parents home suffered from the flood prior to Harvey in 2016 and it was bad, thank goodness that Harvey didnt affect the home. George and his team help us completely transform the home, gutting the walls, new plumbing, new everything! I worked closely with George to help design the home that my parents wanted, and they got just that. George was so patient and very professional, he helped us understand the whole process and worked with us through our concerns. I recently had kitchen back splash and tile installed by Elite a restoration. Arturo and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job and did not leave a mess behind, which I appreciate. I am happy with the results.

I retained Elite Restorations to do a countertop / sink /faucet upgrade to our master bathroom dual sink countertop. ER did an excellent job helping me to pick the correct materials, and doing the work. George Rodriguez did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of work progress from materials to the timing of the two trades doing their work (marble masons, plumber) and keeping the project on track.We had some unexpected issues with the original provider of the materials ( NOT Elite Restorations fault - it was due to issues with Floor & Decor) in that all of the Floor & Decor stock was damaged but no one from floor & Decor cared until the countertop mason from ER inspected and rejected the materials. ER did an excellent job reaching out to me in REAL TIME to make recommendations for an alternate source for marble stock with their front office lead (Vanessa) to get the project back on track.I highly recommend ER and plan on using them again for future bathroom remodels - Thanks George and Vanessa!!
