My new Toyota has the best engine on the market, but the factory colors are boring nowadays. Living in Houston, tint is a must, so I compared several spots and brought it to Elite. Now I love the dark windows with my silver paint, not boring at all. Got it done in half the time they quoted since extra techs were available. One window took an extra day or two for the bubbles to go away since it was cool and overcast, but I’m perfectly happy now.

I reached out via their contact form and no one got back to me. Very disappointed. UPDATE: Henry finally reached out to and asked if I was still in the market for the services I had requested. I answered yes. So Henry, the owner explained what had happened regarding the contact form and his front desk staff. I understood and was willing to give them a try. He quoted me and gave me some discounts for the mishandling of my request. I was happy with the price so I decided to drop off my truck. :) The front office person waited specifically for me to arrive so that she could apologize to me personally. So far so good. :) Henry walked me through the processes and explained everything thoroughly. I felt very comfortable will everything :) Still going good so far. The next day I went to pick up my truck and Henry was there to greet me. He walked me through again of what they had done. Now for the results..... The bed liner was absolutely fantastic! It looks solid and sturdy ready to handle anything I could throw to and on it. The step rails that I had sprayed with liner material was equally fantastic! The look flawless and sharp, even better than I had imagined them. Finally, the tint. I had them install the ceramic legal darkness level tint on the front 2 windows. They are crystal clear with not even a single bubble, smear, snag, or dot. Believe me I am VERY picky. With the exception of the initial incident, Henry and his staff did an amazing job and made this look all effortlessly! Henry and his staff are truly ELITE. I called and made an appointment and got in the same day. They were running just a little behind, which is totally understandable. But the best part about that is how my expectations were managed. He came in and told me itd be just about 30 mins. before my car got pulled in to be tinted so he grabbed the remote to the TV and handed it to me and told me to watch whatever I wanted, then asked if Id like anything to drink while I waited. My dealership sent me here because my truck bed was in really bad condition. I was in and and out about an hour. Beautiful job in the end and couldn’t be anymore happier.
