Absolute trash of a company. Be prepared for little to no accurate information. No communication beyond a single confirmation email and your delivery date being repeatedly delayed.My original order was placed on 11/03. I received an email that day confirming my delivery arrival date as 11/14. This is the only email I have ever received.Nov 14th came and went. I realized that I never received my order. I logged into my account to see that my delivery date had been changed to 11/27. I called them, requested to speak with a supervisor, the phone rep told me he’d email me the details of our call and a supervisor would call me back at 12:00 PM. I never received a call or email. I called the morning of 11/27 to confirm that my delivery would arrive that day. They said it was ON THE TRUCK so I delayed my Thanksgiving travels to be home for the delivery. 9:00 PM came and went and my package never arrived. I logged into my account and it tells me that my delivery date is moved to 12/13. I called them. The rep has no idea why I haven’t received email updates or why my package was rescheduled. He tells me that the corporate office is on my case and will call me within 3 business days. Welllll it’s been a week and no call :) There were more promises in-between but that’s the jist. At this point, I just want a refund.
