Semi truck driver review: The sign says shipping and receiving opens at 8:30am but when I woke up at 8:00am, the gate was open and they were already unloading a truck.I was told not to park on this lot overnight or theres a good chance to get towed. I met another driver outside when I arrived who told me as long as I have proof of my delivery, they wouldnt tow me. I taped my bol to my window and nobody bothered me.Everyone I talked to was nice professional. They were done with the first truck at 8:30 am and got me right into the door. I was done unloading at 9:15am and gone by 9:30am.Entrance gate is on the left side of the building behind a security company. Semi trucks unload at dock 5.Thumbs up!

They are strict on appointment times but get you unloaded quickly decent sized parking area in the docks

We have been going to this location since they moved from the Harwin location. After receiving their email concerning the suspension of online orders and the recent price increases, they are not really competitive or our first choice in getting supplies any more. We loss most of our cigar customers due to the cigar shortage during the early parts of covid, coupled with occasional out of stock in the grocery items, plus the percentage rule (credit card use) with premium cigarettes forced us to seek alternative supplies that were cheaper and more reliable.Other than the 2/$1 and 3/$1 cigars, you can pretty much find almost all items sold at Texas Jasmine at retail establishments (HEB, Food Town, Kroger, Sams Club, Amazon.com, other wholesellers) selling items CHEAPER and with curbside pickup. Found a place that sells premium cigarettes for 50 cents a carton cheaper, will deliver, plus take credit cards for payment.

I have been a customer here for over two years and in march 2020 many tobacco items were not available and I understood that no one can control the production problems caused by covid-19. What absolutely does not make sense is now that they are starting to get some of those items, they tell me I cant buy them because only certain customers are allowed to buy them. Does not make sense at all, I closed my account and more people should. I will not rest until I get as many people to stop shopping here.

I’m very disappointed at this place. I’ve been spending tens of thousands of dollars at this place but they won’t give me the most important products(Swisser sweets, Garcia Vega) saying I didn’t spend enough on groceries. How can you just come with any rule?

They have changed their credit card policy to charge 2% in credit cards. Unreal paying $70-150 in just credit fees for each transaction. I would avoid going here. They also won’t allow you purchase items like cigarillos of swishers and good brands unless you are a profitable customer who purchases bunch of groceries. That’s unfair policy. Keep it. Hope this policy of yours deters new customers from coming. Btw been a customer since 2010 here.

I have 2 different account of different stores.My one account is just the grocery and other one is cigarettes /grocery.So the account which is cig/grocery,I tried to get cigar on that they told me that no we can’t give you cigar as you don’t buy enough groceries on that account but i told them that i am the owner of the another account with you guys in which i buy just grocery of $2k to $2.5k a month,just the grocery.I didn’t got mad or argue,just requested that can i get cigar and they told no i just left the tabaco section and even though bought my groceries and showed them my respect but sometimes you need to think about such incidents too.This is not to criticize anyone or put anyone down but i want my point to be reached to the management.Still will be your loyal customer..Thank you..

Driver review: dispatched for a 730 appointment sign on the door says they don’t open for shipping and receiving until 830 but dock worker put me in a door at 710. 4 doors available but only use one. They unload you then move you out the door while they count and unload the next truck. Then you sit in the yard and wait forever for your paperwork as the yard gets more and more crowded.

Don’t come to this place, choose the Other Jasmine wholesale that is close to 45 north and spring because southwest JASMINE, have a terrible customer service, managers are super rude with customers, they hate to sell more than 10 pieces of a product so you will need to come and go several times, they are disgusting hoarding all of the products, they will never help with anything and the workers of the brown vest will not let you buy more than 10 pieces at a time, horrible horrible place

The guy working at cigarettes department with glasses didn’t give me any swisher sweets while he was giving to other Indians n Pakistanis! Thats a discrimination as i asked him, he just ignored, may be he was busy i dunno! I don’t go there anymore, cigarettes r not on the shelves, but he was giving to his frens bringing them from inside, very disorganized! The guy stocking n counting cigarettes has a bad attitude, getting angry when i ask him to stock a cigarette, he is just busy talking with lady customers most of the time but no cigarettes on racks! My account is still open but haven’t gone there since a year! As long as they have that kinda employees working there i won’t shop! Now i go to General Goods n i m satisfied with their service no matter its smaller compare to Jasmine.

Please DO NOT support a business that price gouge people during a disaster. A case of water sold for $5 one day the next from $20. Thats just the beginning: milk, noodles, cigarette. All when you 2x-5x the original cost. DONT support people like this.

We buy there for over 12 years. We were customer at old store when they were on Harwin. This huge store is so much better. Most items we purchase have really good prices. Everyone wants things cheaper and we do too. However that is not reality as cost are always going up and everyone has an overhead. Its not like they can sell to customers at their cost either. So we dont have a problem with any prices at Texas Jasmine since its convenient to shop here, there is still an acceptable profit margin and we have loyalty toward our wholesale vendors. We do not time to shop at additional wholesalers just to save a few cents or a couple of dollars. Plus our cost can level out since some prices are lower than we expected while other prices can be higher then we expected. So prices always seem to balance out to be what we expected to pay.I like this store because is so clean and organized. Employees are very helpful, there is security so my vehicle is okay and we have a safe shopping experience. I have six employees so my time is money and they dont waste my time. Never had a problem with this business and no problems with any products they sell. I appreciate this business in employing so many people and having such a positive impact on the local community. I notice almost half the employees are female so this business gets a thumb up from me for being fair in hiring practices.

Well organized, good service but the prices are high. Products does not seem to be priced at a wholesale rate. Can get cheaper cigarettes at sams club. Other items are over priced too which leaves very little margin of profit for businesses.

Mr. Amin, the manager of the store, refused sale of certain tobacco products to me because I have a smoke shop. He said only convenient stores can buy those specific tobacco products.They are discriminating tobacco sales based on the type of business you have.I over heard an employee talking to another employee speaking in their native tongue, they were talking about how those tobacco products are saved for their special customers or friends. Bad business when that is said right next to me thinking I cant understand another language.

Very open space many up to date merchandises. Some of the workers can be caught up in their work and be rude but other than those bad timings place is great for filling up your businesss

Good place for any local retail business owner/manager to know about. Prices are a bit higher than some of the local competitors, but their selection and acceptance of credit cards puts Jasmine ahead of the rest. You can order online and pickup at the store. *Must have a sales tax permit to shop here**
