I took my car to Joe after swapping it to rack and pinion steering for an alignment. He went over everything and he found a few loose items that I overlooked and took care of them. Joe made sure my car was safe to drive and is an all all around nice guy. I wont take my car anywhere else.

It is a hole in the wall and hard to find, but if you want a good alignment, this is the place to go. Joe uses old style bubble level equipment and his alignments are true. Joe has any number of tricks and he aligned my Toyota when the dealer wanted to throw parts at it. Highly recommend.

No computers doing the work...all hands on and bubble levels; old school and done right. Also impressed with the owner/mechanics (Jim) honesty and integrity. Joe and his wonderful wife took great care of my Jeep XJ. I recently installed adjustable control arms, heavy duty steering, and all new front end components...my alignment was completely out of wack. Joe was honest, he knew exactly what needed to be done and got my caster/pinion angle/toe & everything as spot on as he could. The Jeep drives great now and I can’t wait to test out my new equipment on the trails.

This is the only place you should take your car or truck for front end work. Old fashioned and know what the heck theyre doing. I made the mistake of taking my Dodge 4x4 2500 to NTB after I rebuilt my front end. Took it there and then had to take it back and they still couldnt get it right. Took it to these guys and they got it right the first time. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you have a truck.

This is the type of shop your granpa would take his car. Not to insult anyone, but these arent pampered technical college know it alls that dont like to get their hands dirty. This is one of those TRUE shops that made the American motor industry push car ownership without discrimination. They dont rely on computers, or snake oil gadgets. They fix any problem you have in your suspension and alignment by hand and tool. They get their job done and they earn every cent you pay them. Its like going in a time capsule and I cant express how much I like these guys.

This place is awesome! I have life time alignment through firestone, Ive had it for a few years. I added a level kit to my 2012 Toyota Tundra crewmax with a 20x10 wheel and 285 Tire, nothing excessive, pretty simple. Well I took my truck to 2 different firestones with alignment techs who have had more than 20 years experience and they couldnt get it to align. They said we got it the best it can be... As frustrated as I was, I did my research and local truck mod shops referred Joe at NW Chassis. Let me say that I shouldve gone here along time ago instead of wasting my time at Firestone! When I dropped my truck off I asked Joe, Why is this so complicated? He said, Its not, and laughed, lol. Basically saying you just need to bring it to the right people. The best $110 Ive spent! My alignment is on point and I am a very satisfied customer and will defiantly be back if necessary! Thank you Joe and family!
