I will say first off, look no longer for anyone to do a Brazilian wax. It is very difficult to not only find the right place BUT the right person that you feel comfortable with. I had my wax lady for years, she moved downtown, I followed her, but then she moved to Hawaii to start her business there, which I was very sad but happy for her, and I could not follow this time.. LOL! So I did my research to find another person that was not a club or cheap special advertised online( Ive done that before & regretted it daily for a month!) As soon as I met Stephanie I knew this was the place. She is very sweet, and makes you feel comfortable and my wax was painless. Very cute lounge she has. I am VERY pleased to have found someone close to home, clean and pleasant. Felt like Ive known her for more than just that 1 day of meeting her. Definitely recommend The Wax Lounge. Shes all around a great human being who is good at what she does.I have received different waxing services and have always been happy with the outcome. I have been getting my waxing done with her for a over a year, almost two years now!You can book online, which is super easy and convenient and shes very responsive to text messages should anything come up! There are plenty of days and availabilities and its great because you can always text her for last minute planning waxes and see if she could fit you in and shes always honest and open about that and how that will impact service delivery (i.e. this will mean faster waxes so it might hurt a little more and might jeopardize her thoroughness although shes still great just the reality of what happens).She does have cancellation policies so be sure to read those and respect and honor those rules she has in place. I say that because she truly will honor and respect your preferences and time as well. Shes always on time, honest, thorough, and diligent like I have mentioned already.Lastly waxing services are affordable and you can pay using several methods! I have been here twice now for a Brazilian and this is officially my spot. I used to go to European wax but the prices were just too high to go consistently. She’s great and I would highly recommend her! Hasn’t been painful and she’s very sweet :) I’ve also noticed that her serum she applies after works well on my skin. I’m sensitive to fragrance and hers is really neutral and smooth.
