Great customer service. Service is fast but not rushed. I love how she makes you aware of every step. She makes great conversation and doesn’t make the process awkward. I don’t think a Brazilian wax is ever going to be pain free but she makes it close to being pain free and you leave feeling extra clean with 0 irritation. I will definitely come back.

I love this place! I have only been once but I very much enjoyed and appreciated my experience. Shonda was awesome! She made me feel comfortable the entire time and encouraged me when I couldnt quite talk myself out anxiousness. Her work station was very clean. I would and have recommended her services to others. My appointment was on March 2nd but I kept forgetting to write my review. Do your girl (the nether regions) a favor and hook her up.

LaShonda has been fantastic at replying quickly to inquiries and very compassionate about what she does. She goes out her way to make sure you are aware of her policies and procedures. She is very nice and thorough. Highly recommend from one Licensed professional to another.

I FOUND HER!!!! After months and months of being unhappy at a big chain waxing company, I am SO SO glad I found Shonda! Shonda used to service me in her previous life, but I am so thankful she is on her own now, and in such a cute clean space! I really like the wax she used, too, and I have some thick hairs! This could have been a long term opportunity for customer loyalty but the business owner has terrible customer service. I was switching from a previous business I was with for 5 years to a more convenient location near by. But there were No instructions on how to enter the business. Then they canceled on me due to delays caused by their lack of instructions. We Rescheduled then canceled on me again due to their inability to communicate. Its very disappointing and I would avoid this business due to their inflexibility, discrimination and intolerance.
