Im giving a 3 rating to balance out two services. I received a facial from Hope who was absolutely amazing. She provides excellent services and always answers any questions I have. I also received a 90-minute hot stone massage from Charlee that was among the worst Ive ever had. She spent 80% of the massage seated and rolling around the massage table which did contribute to a relaxing environment. I also noted medium pressure before the massage and asked again about 25 minutes into the massage which she replied shes just getting started but I still didnt receive the pressure requested. Hope is given a 5 star and Charlee is given a 1 star.

I have been here a few times to receive a facial and every time I have gone it has been a great experience! So relaxing and my skin is radiating after. Prices are reasonable and staff is so kind. No one pushes you to buy products or lies to you about the treatment you need to upcharge you. Very reasonable prices and honest consultations!

I love this place! My mom and I went for a facial together and we loved everything about it. The customer service from booking the appointment to leaving gratuity, it was great The cleanliness was also great. They took our temperature upon arrival because of Covid-19 situation and had signs all over the place. My esthetician was very helpful and explained to me everything without overwhelming and allowing me to relax.

I’m turning 60 in a couple of months and felt that my skin needed a little freshening up. So I booked my first Dermaplanning treatment. My skin looks fabulous and is so smooth. My makeup went on so well the next day. I am definitely going back for more Dermaplanning treatments plus some other treatments that they offer too.

I came here for a service a few weeks ago and experienced awkwardness and unprofessionalism from the two women in the front office. I was seconds from walking out when I realized they had already redeemed my Groupon. The facial was pretty good but the two women in front definitely overshadowed the whole experience

BUYERS BEWARE: I’ve been a member for almost a year. I am moving impromptu from Texas to another state. When I explained to the representative that I had to move to another state impromptu and needed to use my credits, I asked if I could use my credits to purchase products, the owner suggested I give 200$ away or fly in from another state to use the credits at another time. Based on my experience any person that chooses to enroll in the membership program beware it’s not worth the hassle, and the owner doesn’t value relationships with her customers.

Discovered this establishment and their services on Groupon and I’m glad I did. I got dermaplaning done by Jackie and she was great. Very experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant. She gave me some great skincare tips and pointers for what I am trying to achieve and my service was very efficient overall. Can’t wait to come back for my facial in a few weeks. Studio was very clean and neat as well which I liked and great customer service provided by the 2 ladies up front (I forgot their names). Great experience overall. Loved my results as well!

Jackie is great! She’s really helped my skin along with great tips for my skincare routine. She’s very knowledgable.

Try savannah for a Brazilian wax. She is nice and will talk to you and not make you feel awkward. The ladies at the front are also super sweet! Water offered to me at all times hot or cold and they call me by name. The membership is worth it. Prices become cheaper and there’s other perks that come with it. Wax and full spa! Love it.

Iman listened to my skin concerns. She customized my facial specifically for what I had going on. She took her time and explained each step of the facial process as she did it. She gave me specific feedback on things I can try at home to better my skin. I really enjoyed the neck massage portion and warm towels. I decided to join their monthly program which doesn’t offer things you don’t want but what you pay goes towards services dollar for dollar and offers discounts on other services. Can’t wait for my next facial!

I highly recommend this fantastic place and the lovely MISS IMAN ~ the facial technicians ~she was incredibly phenomenal with what she does with a gentle hands! It was a ; well clean environment, from the sofa you’re sitting with, to their skin equipment and tools. Most of all they have the most welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff 🥂.

Ive tried out 4 places, with one of those 4 being great, but her studio is too far of a commute. I decided to try Elite Skin being that its closer to my area. I am now a member & Jacky or (Jacqueline) is the only person Ill schedule. Jacky takes her time to make sure she meticulously removes every bit of hair, & it stays hairless for about 3 weeks! It isnt often I meet a chick that I genuinely vibe with & enjoy their company, (which is a bonus when youre in an awkward position) 😆

My mother and I went here ....WE LOVED it!! I cried from how peaceful and relaxing it was being that it was my first facial ever . Our faces never looked more brighter and cleaner . Will be coming back here but I’ll be bringing my two little sisters also my husband!!!

I seen Ms. Julia for my waxing needs for years. She is amazing and wished she worked under a difference facility than the one owned/managed by Hannah. Hannah is super rude. I been their customer for years and years. I am 7 months pregnant right now. I tried to cancel the appointment I made the same day and she threatened to charge me like seriously I been a loyal customer and I cant even cancel due to a sickness for a very obvious reason?. needless to say I dragged my self there to avoid being charged a fee. Staff members are very nice and courteous. but if my money is going to this woman Hannah, I rather not do business with her. There are much more deserving businesses out there that I rather spend my money on than people like Hannah who have no sense of appreciating a customer!.

I would like to voice a trauma situation that happened with Joanna. Whatever you do, do not purchase a beauty package!!!! when your membership is over they will continue to bill you even if you ask them to stop. I was told by the owner Hannah that she needed my email address to sign papers to end my membership. Which I told her no, I dont want to be put on any list, and that Im calling to request cancellation.I have a 6 month membership totaling over 400.00 that I have never used, due to the death of my 11y son. (He passed right after I purchased this package.)I ask if I can cancel my membership only to be told sorry we cant.Well my membership ended in January and they are still deducting for membership fees.This place is unbelievable!!! Lesson learned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!

I’m not sure if me not being an “official member” made me any less important of a customer or my money less green, but the treatment received from her over the phone because she was “so busy” and “had things to do” was unacceptable. Had the new Yonka anti aging facial. Megan warned me it might sting st first and boy did it sting! It subsided pretty quickly though and Megan constantly checked in to be sure my skin reaction was OK. In the end improvement was noticeable. Megan was great and Jasmine at front desk was very welcoming and pleasant.

When I moved, Hannah worked with me to keep my credits even though I had to cancel my membership because I moved to Pearland! Today, I made a special trip to Spring and had a facial and waxing for the first time in 6 months. I was reminded of how amazing the services and staff are. Ive found nothing like them close to my current house and will continue to make the trip until I do!The quality of service and products used are amazing, and services are tailored to your specific needs. I have been going to her for a chin wax a couple of times, previously, and she has always provided exceptional service; but today, I received a Yon-KA Purifying Facial and she surpassed my expectations. Iman is quite knowledgeable in skin problems, and the adequate solutions to rectify my skin problems. She is gentle in her approach in handling my skin, which is very important.
