I bought and set up an appointment for a wax though Groupon..and she wasnt there for my appointment, saying she was closed today 5/24/21. Your calendar should block off the days your not gonna be at work #Refund...

Trenina did a very good job on my wax. The area is small though.. shes also a hair stylist, so there are chairs in the room as well. Overall she did a great job.

Shes patient and sounds kind and professional over a phone call. Im definitely going to check out the service here.

I saw Nina today for the first time for a wax appointment through Groupon. I love the fact that I was able to get an appointment the next day after purchasing the Groupon.Upon my visit, she was on time, professional, quick, sanitary, and left me feeling like a new woman.I recently had to find a new wax lady and I was extremely apprehensive. She definitely gained my business and loyalty. I felt comfortable with her the entire time.I definitely recommend her!

Fast and friendly! I wasnt sure what to expect from a professional waxing service, but Nina explained the process and made me feel at ease. It didnt hurt nearly as bad as i thought it would. The shop is clean and inviting. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to remove unsightly body hair.

I purchased a groupon for this business and quickly called to book an appointment. Over the phone the business owner was very accommodating. She gave me an appointment and even texted me to confirm— see the photos that I posted. When I showed up to the business 3 minutes early there was nothing to indicate I was at the right address. The door wasn’t open. I called the phone number, no one answered and the voicemail was full. I rang three times in total. As you can see from the photos I texted numerous times. As of this date I have not heard from the business owner again. Luckily, Groupon refunded me my money. Unfortunately, her business has not been taken off Groupon. It’s sad that more people are going to get duped by this person. Defiantly buyer beware.
