They did not pick up me nor my next door neighbor’s garbage!!!This is what AFTER GARBAGE PICKUP looks like on my street. Their stupid stickers are color coded, but there are no dates on them, so you can’t figure out what they are looking for… then they drive by and leave your garbage. I’m auto pay, and have never been late. After putting out this much garbage, there is no room for storing the next cycle. This is unbelievable!!Then I called, waited and waited, and they would not answer the phone. This is what happens when a customer does not have any choices.
Company was bought up by GFL. Paid April bill they sent. They never send me the next sticker. Never sent the following bill and I tried calling and their phones stay in silence. Calls get dropped and customer service do not care to call back and I had to start all over again with the next person. No one has time for that. They would not give me credit but took my money for the no service. Customer srvice told they were going to email me the sticker and I am still waiting. I have no choice but to used them. Terrible service. Please HOAs do not use their service.
WCA has been bought out by a company named GFL Environmental, and they do not care about commercial customers. We have been dealing with miss pick ups. The most recent is the photo shared, this is how they left our dumpster. NO COMMUNICATION NOTHING! We tried calling our rep Victoria Kelly and NOTHING. Everyone beware that this company: DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS!!!
I would give no stars at all if it was and option. The recycling company is a joke. They did not pick up my recycling bin because my water bottles were in a plastic bag. Thats right a plastic bag that is recyclable. I put them in a bag so the bottles would not be all over the street. I have been doing it this way for over a year now and that was thier excuse. They advised me to put if out on my next recycling day. I let them know this is my last one because Im moving. She said well there is nothing we can do so throw it in the trash. What is the point of recycling when they say this.
DO NOT USE WCA WASTE CORP!! They are awful. Not only will they skip service but they will blatantly lie about it. I was a customer of Global Waste Services and since WCA took over everything has gone downhill. There is a reason their reviews are so bad...believe it. Just dont waste your time with these clowns, there are plenty of other companies to use.

Awful. Dont bother calling them, and its impossible to set up autopay. Absolutely not possible to get anything accomplished with this company. Always pay bill on time. Didnt get the latest sticker for trash can. They would not pick the trash. I called they said sorry we forgot to send your sticker. Very poor service. Wish I could use another service.Most recently I was sent the wrong sticker....Really????? Weeks later, get the correct sticker.
Our neighborhood has a contract with them but we are constantly complaining about service.Today is no exception. It is almost 3:00 pm and still the recycle has not been picked up. It was not picked up last week at all.I trimmed a few bushes and put in small sections under 4 feet. In a trash can. Today they raged it saying it needed to be out before 7 am which it was. And it needed to be bundled in 4 feet sections. I did bundle and was only 3 small bundles.They do not care about customer service. Look at the reviews all areas 1 star. How hard is it to pick up trash???
This company changes schedules without notice we have to guess the heavy pick up day. Sometimes heavy trash is left on the road Monday till Monday.They take trash out of the recycling bin and if it is as they deem recyclable they take the bags out of the bin and leave them in the grass.On a few occasions over the years me or my neighbors have had to call them because they flat out passed our houses.If you can choose my greatest advice is stay far far away. If you are like me and have no other choice good luck.
Absolutely RIDICULOUS at this point. Christmas Eve and WCA has so far TWICE in a row not picked up our trash. We put it out with everyone else and we come back later and mostly eveyones trash is empty, ours is not. Our bill is paid and current. Now there is trash overflowing the container, Ive re-bagged all the smaller bags into large lawn an leaf bags to make it easier to pick up and they still just drove right past it. I watched them do it this time. I went outside and took pictures of the truck so I would know at least that much to tell the company, Truck #361386 for what its worth. Ive called the MUD emergency line and left a message with someone but I fully expect absolutely nothing to happen. This happens at least once a month and because Im not going to drag all the now super rotten trash back into the house to summon a swarm of ants and roaches and mice, I get fined $100 a day by the HOA for having this crap in front of my house.Best part about it, the crew saw me taking pictures of their truck, circled back around to our house, parked, revved their engine, got out of the truck, looked at the trash then got back in and drove away.Outstanding work all around.
We have used this company for years as it is the only choice that we have in our subdivision. They used to be pretty good. Now they are spotty at best. They have not pick up our trash for the last two scheduled pick-ups. I called today to make sure that there was not an issue and was assured that my trash would be picked up. Once again, they came down my street and turned around and passed us right up. What exactly are we paying for?If it is a matter of the wrong color stickers, then they need a better system. We always put the newest stickers on the trash receptacle.
I had no choice in choosing my trash service. Since having them i go weeks with out trash pick up and all they tell me is i have to wait till the next trash day. This is unfair for a service that is being paid for.
Discontinued service mid-February. Still waiting on my refund! May look into class action lawsuit on deceptive business practices.
The service is not perfect. They are picking up dirty diapers and other stuff. But if you have 5 hours to spare and get in contact with Diona in Houston (ask for her by name) you will be surprised how nice and kind she is and can get her job done. Thanks
***DO NOT USE WCA WASTE.*** For 2 years my account has been paid and even over paid at times. They send disconnect notices and send you to collections for being over paid. When you call them about it the staff is rude. They will not let you talk with a supervisor nor a manager or even give out a work email address. After fighting with them for better part of a hour you get a account specialist who says yeah sorry we were wrong. This company is a joke and I have no idea how they have stayed in business for this long.

My family and I moved into our home a month ago. We submitted all required forms & it has now been 17 days with no bins in sight. We were initially told 6-7 days then they stated 7-10 days most recently when I called they stated that they give until 12 days and escalate to management. It has been 17 days and my NEW neighbors who recently moved in less than a week ago just received theirs today. We were told that the delay is due to insufficient bins but clearly that is no longer the case as our neighbors received theirs today. So why haven’t we received our bins? This has be the worst experience we have ever had with any company and I NEVER write reviews but I was compelled to do so.
There seems to be a new system of colored stickers. Yet even though we are paid to date the garbage keeps being left and not just ours but our whole side. Weve never had an issue in 15 years. This is unfair. We havent received any New stickers. There wasnt any notification when this system 1st started or when the color changes. Garbage dues are Not cheap. Sadly there isnt another competitor.
I find a lot of these comments interesting because the 3 years I have used them they have always taken anything I put out! Even mattresses, sofas, but large items only on Fridays where I live. They take my recycles every Tuesday and garbage Tuesday and Friday!
Too many times, they don’t dump the containers, they just grab a few bags out of the trash can and move to the next house. Don’t they know we are watching them?! 😳😷. It was a better service with just one person, and a mechanical claw comes out, grabs the container. 🤔. Now we didn’t receive a bill for our trash pickup, and wondering why our trash wasn’t picked up. Not cool! 😳
We are new to the neighborhood without a trashcan. Called them 3 times, 1st time I ask for confirmation in email, she said they dont do that. 2nd time, another lady said 8-10 business days. 3rd time, take lunch break @12:45, called again 3:30 in the afternoon forever waiting for someone to pick up. I just need a new trashcan, how hard is it? Are you getting them made in China to ship over here, thats why its taking so long?
By far, the worst experience I have ever had. I have 2 commercial accounts with them, and they consistently overcharge and consistently never show up to pick up our trash. WORTHLESS PEOPLE. WORTHLESS COMPANY.
They won’t pick up your trash without the correct color sticker on your trash can. However you can pay on time every time, they won’t send you the correct sticker color and your trash won’t get picked up. I’m literally paying them for absolutely nothing.
I ordered residential service and the payment for the initial quarter with the admin fees was processed. I still have not received a bin. I pretty upset, and when I called I was hung up on after the CSR said why are you being mean to me? Well, first off, you said I would have the bin in 7-10 days, and npw we are at 31. Secondly,if you work for a company that os shady lile this, people will be mad, however I did not use any vulgarity or name calling. (Customer acting like that is not unheard of, and I am fully aware of that after years of customer service.) I sent am email yesterday, another today, and made 5 attempts to call today to try to get to the bottom of things with no luck. This brings up the issue of sanitation, how can anyone keep a clean house with no trash service for a month? I guess I need to start filing complaints with the Corporation Commission, the AG office of consumer affairs, and the BBB before this is addressed, which is absolutely ridiculous. A joke of a company, DO NOT USE !!! Had trash service from them for 2 months, they picked up my trash twice the entire time. Cancelled my service and told them to pick up their cans, 1 1/2 months later their trashcans are STILL in front of my house. Try to call and 9 of out 10 times they do not answer. This company is an absolute joke and would not waste money with them. 1 star is honestly more than they deserve.
Is there any other service in our area? Theres a new sticker program that residents werent made aware of. Loyal customer for 10 years, never late on a payment. No sticker means no trash service? Any one else not receive a letter and sticker? Apparently they were mailed out on October 10.
I wish that I have Choice to choose different wast company.This company is not reliable to pick up once per week to pick up the trash. I called many time to ask to pick up trash at least 2 times per week. Very poor customer service as well.
I really wish we had the opportunity to choose our trash service. Guess who I would not choose? WCA! Their billing is convoluted, misleading and too often full of errors. They make mistakes, dont pick up your trash and then do you the favor of sending you to collections for your trouble. I can not say enough how much I truly truly dislike being a WCA customer. I have a lot of reviews on google and this is by far the worst one. Because this is by far the least favorite company that I am forced to transact business with once a quarter. If I could give less than 1 star and still write a review, I would. This place is terrible! They started this new sticker system and even with the sticker they pick and choose if and when they pick up trash in our neighborhood. I paid my bill and have been waiting for their new sticker to come in for over a month. What are we supposed to do, pay for a service and then just hold on to our trash for a month or pay to dump our trash somewhere else until we get this stupid sticker??
I ve been in this neighborhood for over 14 yrs now & I always pay my bill on or before the due dates. But every month, they will skip picking up my trash @ least once, I put my trash bin in the right place and am just sick of it.
Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever delt with. the stress this company causes is unbelievable. There is a different excuse each week of why dumpster pick up was missed. The amount of time spent calling about missed pick ups is beyond ridiculous
Today, I had to call customer service about a billing issue. Since the Covid shut down we had to pause our service for a couple months. They were nice to help with it. When we started back up they accidently double charged us, which is a honest mistake with all the start and stops due to this crisis. I was very happy to gotten on the call with Jaquetta their customer service rep. She was very professional and helpful to help me fix the issue. She was very patient with me and we went line item by line item. She was super sweet and help me find the issue and fixed it. Afterwards I was so happy I asked for her manager Sherry and told her how wonderful she was. Even Sherry was so pleasant to speak to. This morning at 5:45 am you guys spent :35 mins loudly loading a container of trash from my neighbor’s yard. The beeping at that hour is unacceptable. This happened three weeks ago and I called you and there was an apology. Doesn’t mean a thing if you are going to continue the same practices. It’s a shame.
Its unfortunate that our subdivision changed to this waste management company. Their antiquatedsticker system is flawed, even after paying, the trash will not be collected making our streets look messy leaving us with the stench. Kind of ironic that this company collects trash when their feeble customer service and system is the trash.

I think everything already has been said if I brows through the bad reviews here. Its all the same. They dont perform, lazy employees, the trashcan been thrown in the ditch after they empty it. If its been blown over they just drive by without cleaning it, if you try to call them you get a voicemail at every option you choose... And so on! Its by far the most horrible trash company ever!

An employee of this company dumped garbage out of a can between my home and my neighbors. I have it on camera. I called three times and emailed proof and they refuse to return my calls or send someone to pick it up.

Horrid customer service. My community switched to this trash service a few months ago, and they dropped off a can for us, We were using our own trash service and they were very reliable. We rent our home so we were not aware that everyone was paying for their own account. We got a can, so we used it. Instead of letting us know that we needed an account, they just came and picked up our can one day. That was Friday 9/11. It is now 9/28 and I still dont have a can after calling and paying for an account on 9/14. Weve been taking the trash to our work dumpsters, when I called today they said well, you can just leave it on the curb.. Oh great! thanks for letting me know that two weeks ago!! HORRIBLE company!
They sent me a letter requesting payment 15 days before the actual due date. I emailed them at their contact email address asking why they wanted the payment early but the email was returned as undeliverable! That was the only written contact besides the ol postal service. Calling them was not an option to complain. Horrible website and no customer service!
During our garbage pick up day yesterday Justin Thompson went above and beyond in helping to pick up extra trash after hours. He was extremely professional and polite and again went out his way to help us pick up and discard a mattress/boxspring. Kudos to WCA and especially Justin for all his help - great company and great service hear in Houston.
The most incompetent company ever. Total amateur hour. They have a sticker system so the drivers know whether you have paid or not. Yet they penalize you if youre set to autodraft from your account on a due date later in the month - youll get a sticker too late for a pickup or 2. Its 2019. Write software for your drivers to know whos paid or not.
Up until a few weeks ago pick up was reliable. Suddenly they skip our whole neighborhood and we wind up calling.Their customer service people have been nice and once we call we usually get pick up same day.

They did OK with the trash pickup until the last day of their contract in Grand Mission, They picked up the recycle (makes them money), but didnt pick up the garbage and left us with a whole subdivision full of stinking garbage cans... and they wonder why the lost the contract? As far as I am concerned they were legally obligated to do this service until the END of their contract, not in the middle of the last day.
Don’t pick up trash for days in a row. Show up long before designated time. Throw small cans in neighbor’s yard. Do not completely empty cans. If trash fall onto street, they do not pickup. Leave trash cans in street, many times on their sides, breaking lids. Am seriously considering advising homeowner’s associon to drop contract. Disgusting to pay in advance for services not received.
Sub par service: Requested a new garbage can after the one they originally provided was damaged. It was never delivered.Sub par value: For 1x week pick-up, WCA charged $104.39 for 3 months. Received letter advising of a rate increase; but no indication of what the new rate would be. I was inspired to check out options and found Town & Country... $82 for 3 months with service 2x week.
Horrible service they continuously missed our trash pickup. Our business is suffering because of the trash everywhere!!! Almost every week we had to call them and ask them to pick up the dumpster. Our account manager Brandy Brooks never returns our calls!

I have been living in my house since 2002 and have never had any problems until this year. EVERY Tuesday my driveway gets blocked by the drivers taking either the recycle or trash and then putting the can in the driveway. The cans are put in the yard, at the curb next to my driveway. Ive been calling and emailing almost every week and it still wont stop. I shouldnt have to park in the street, rain or shine, to move the cans so I can pull into my driveway to be home.
For two month, WCA has failed to pick up trash on schedule in our sub-division. You call customer service and sit on hold for 20 minutes, while they prompt you to leave a voice mail. All the mailboxes are full, so leaving a voicemail is not an option. If you choose to continue to hold instead, after 20 minutes you are forced to leave a voicemail, again with a full mailbox. If you do actually get through to speak with someone, they are rude. Ive even had them hang up on me. If I dont pay my bill on time, they will asses a late fee. Shouldnt I be able to asses them a late fee if they dont pick up on time? Its very frustrating to pay in advance to a company that does not provide the service they contracted. Today at 2pm, they picked up the trash that was supposed to be picked up on Monday. I certainly hope our HOA finds another company to provide service to our neighborhood, I hate this company, their service is deplorable in every aspect.
I have used WCA and I have received great service. If I called into the customer service department, the people I talked to were nice and respectful. If I could, I would use them all the time.
The worst trash company one could ever deal with. STAY AWAY. Wouldnt be surprised if the few positive reviews were paid for or posted by them from fake accounts.They still have never delivered the ridiculously expensive can we had to purchase. Pick up is only once a week for twice the cost it should be. RIDICULOUS customer service, really non-existent customer service. They do not value their customers at all, they only want your hard earned $$$ while doing the absolute bare minimum. They will make you wait on hold for AT LEAST 20 minutes EVERY TIME you call. And you will need to call. Multiple times. Because they are THE WORST.
(4) Four weeks in a row this company has not picked up trash either on our street or in our subdivision. They are the worst service our community association has hired in the 30 years I have lived here. I hardly ever write reviews and I have never written a bad review.....until now. Instead of rotating the bad service, they consistently do the bad service at the end of the route. Worst company ever! Our service is so infrequent and poor that that Im mad I have to give it any star at all. This company will literally pick and choose which trash can it feels like picking up and after calling them about this and making numerous complaints, the service hasnt gotten any better. I remember one year these guys told us the reason our trash wasnt picked up was because the guys working that day wanted to get off work early and just up and decided that they were gonna leave our whole block with FULL cans.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.
Dont bother calling this company. You will get dumped into a message system void where NO one will call you back for months. I cancelled my service and am still waiting for them to pick up their container! Do not recommend them due to their lousy customer service and screwed up phone system. Get with the technology! Hands down worst trash company they charge you for 3 months to start service then before the month is even up they charge you again. Have literally watched the truck countless times drive down my street and not pick anyones trash up.

The absolute worst trash company! I wish i could choose a different one but unfortunately can not. They put my account on suspension even after paying my account. I call then and let then know my trash wasnt picked up, and they cant give me a reason why. The online system and actual talking to customer service is completely unorganized. Called to file a complaint because my house was skipped for pickup once again. The lady was super ghetto and very rude. Then there’s the pickup crew who are too lazy to put the van on the truck and actually empty the trash can. Wish I had a choice to choose different service. Worst customer service ever!WCA proudly promote their recycling services. However, I have asked for a recycling container for more than two months. Nothing has been delivered. My request have been escalated to a supervisor who blamed a third party company that should handle this service. This supervisor ensure to deliver it in 5 days. It has been more than two weeks and nothing has happened.WCA customer service should be rated less than one star.

Dont count on this company for reliable, consistent service.Service was OK till March of 2015. They stopped picking up consistently on Saturdays. When I finally got through to customer service they verified that my streets service was Wednesday & Saturday and that theyd get back to me to give me an update. Needless to say that never happened. What did happen was they stopped picking up at all on Saturday.If they are going to stop service for whatever reason they should develop company scruples and communicate with their customers and be up front.
Worst customer service ever! My bin was the only one not picked up on my street so I called to ask when was the next pick up date. The representative that answered immediately insinuated that it’s wasnt picked up because it had things that didn’t belong in it. I had never had issues with the hard workers but I was very pissed that instead of just issuing and apology and giving me the new date she decided the put the blame on me the customer. Btw how do they know if it’s only recycle in the bins I have never seen one of the recycle truck drivers get out and search the bins on my street. Customer service isn’t for everyone.

I cant get them to pick up trash at my address at all. I just moved into a new neighborhood and my house is the only 1 completed on the street. I contact them about it and they just tell me the days of pick-up. I know the days of pick-up and my can has been out there on those days. They just dont pick up! Their customer service line is a joke and you can never speak with anyone.
I cannot say enough bad things about this company. Customer service is rude and could care less. Our trash was rarely picked up on schedule. if at all, they lost the key to the gate to our business, not once, but twice. The problem is they keep buying up smaller companies, so you have to work hard to get away from them. Trust me, its worth the extra time to not use WCA. Worst experience in dealing with a business as a practice manager of a busy hospital I have ever experienced.

This company is what they service... TRASH. WCA bought our our contract with EZWaste last year. Ever sense we simply cannot keep up with the constant babysitting required to get them to do their job. On average we have 2 missed pickups of our commercial dumpster per month. We are paying for once a week pickup. Getting it picked up requires calling the commercial services division which either rings busy, or puts you into a phone jail loop that eventually send you to voicemail without anyone ever answering the call. Generally it takes 6-8 actual calls to finally get through to someone to lodge a complaint and reschedule a pickup. Usually the scheduled pickup never happens and they get you on the usual day the following week. It got so bad we went to extremes such as bribing the drivers with cash to make our stop a priority. This hasnt worked well however as the turnover on drivers is high. Thinking about asking for a bill credit for the missed pickups? They will tell you they will look into it but it never happens!When they do finally show up to pick up the overflowing dumpster the drivers will complain about it, and demand you pay him extra to have them sit for a moment while the trash around the dumpster is loaded into the just emptied dumpster for a second emptying. Incompetence at every turn with this company. As said they bought out our contract with another provider so were stuck with these clowns for awhile.
Received an email that there would be trash pickup on Saturday because of the holiday on Monday. Guess what happened? Trash sitting by the curb and no truck in sight. Horrible.
Just horrible I had to call every week for them come pick it up then showed up until Saturday and dropping the over filled trash and leaving it there broke my fence twice. Couldnt get a hold of anyone to fix this problem. Then they said they still have to charge you for the week bc we still picked it up on saturday i was like lol are you stupid na then dont come till Wednesday and dont charge me a week. Worst Service EVER!! Paid for 1 years service 3 months ago and they have yet to pick up my garbage without me calling spending 30-45 minuet hold time then to be told maybe I put it on the wrong side of the driveway, they will pick it up next week. Ive had this same conversation for every pickup. No matter where I place my garbage it seems to be in the wrong place!
It took them 2 seconds to slam my trashcan and broke the wheel off with their new automated arm trash truck. Its been over three weeks and they still havent come out to replace my trashcan. I called three times at have a work order. They have long waiting time and the customer service was not polite, probably from dealing with the same complaints all day. Sometimes they skip my house all together and the pick-up time is not consistent. I didnt have this problem with my former trash service.
Recycling hasnt been picked up for 3 weeks. Last week, I heard a truck and looked out the window, only to see them pass by our overflowing bin & continue down the street. Obviously, they are driving out just to put the miles on the truck, so they can still get paid without doing any work at all. Absolutely no customer service.
Absolute worst CS I have ever experienced. Spoke with a thing named Crystal who apparently is not happy with her career decisions. Horrible! Negative stars. They are so inconsistent. One day they show up on trash day at 7:00 AM then the next time they show up after 5:00 PM. I hate this because it targets our neighborhood for thieves.I am eternal hold with their customer service department because they didnt even show up yesterday (trash day) and is is now 1:35 PM the next day and our trash is still out their on the street! Leaving it for people to dig through and wind to litter the neighborhood. Calling our HOA next...not that they are much better!
On Wednesday October 18th the wca driver that usually speeds through my neighborhood hit my car that was parked in the street. That day I called wca and they had a representative come out to look at my car at 8am the next day. He came and looked at my car giving me bs excuses about not keeping logs of drivers who drive to what streets because of the hurricane last month, and elementary school level theories about how “it’s most likely a school bus driving through that hit it”. I live in a cul de sac and no bus driver would drive through a cul de sac. The truck speeds down the streets and neighbors constantly complain. I’ve also heard from other people that their trucks have also damaged their cars, and unless you have actual proof it was them then they will not do anything to help you even if you have eye witness accounts of the incident. Now I’m left with a busted tail light and a gash on the side of my car. I wanted to handle the situation without law enforcement or insurance hoping they would own up to their mistakes and do the right thing but in the end they just gave me excuses and denied everything despite the witnesses.
Havent picked up trash in almost 2 weeks. Called multiple times and they say it will be picked up by the end of the day. Still hasnt happened.
I wish I could give negative stars...The 1 start that Google forces us to post is far to high for this company. I was supposed to start service on Aug 5th, 2016. As of today, August 17th, I dont have cans and no truck has come by to pick up trash with the cans I HAD TO PURCHASE. I have called three (3) times and keep hearing either you should have cans soon and I dont know why they didnt come by today. Pure example of a monopoly on a service that just doesnt care. I just moved to Texas and this is a great welcome... I cant believe how dysfunctional this organization is in providing...strike that, advertising that they provide service.If anyone has any ideas on how I can actually pay someone to come pick up trash for me, like...as a service, I am all ears.
Worst trash pick up I ever used. miss pick up trash for my street> I call customer service next day and they are saying ti send someone over to pickup immediately but no one ever come. Next day call again a customer Rep. told me she will personally come to pick it up but no one ever come. I dont know what type of service it is.
I have signed contract on July first 2019 for my shopping center, yet I have not received the dumpster can .This is the worst (garbage ) company I ever seen. Please dont deal with them.
It should be -5 stars. I have never had an experience like this in my life. I moved here from out-of-state and have never ever had to even think about my garbage service - it just happens. Put the trash out the night before, usually gone the next morning by 9am. Not with WCA. I put the trash out Tuesday night 2 weeks ago for a Wednesday collection, welp... two weeks and my pile of garbage outside is growing. I call and call, either getting someone that doesnt believe me that no garbage is being collected or I get voicemail. I dont have room for the garbage anymore! I called today and they wanted me to send them a picture of my garbage?! Okay, picture sent. What does it take to get these people to come by on the schedule they made to pick up the freakin garbage?!I will definitely push this with the HOA, which did tell me they have been receiving lots of complaints, this company needs to go away.
Although poor phone customer service is pretty standard, the garbage pick up is reliable
This company is the sorryiest. people to do business with the receoptonist. are rude they ilie a lot the manager is lazy and the customer service rovers for. the flaky. manager. they in the right business. the corporate at post oak they wont answer you there phones. roll back to the rude crew and lazy. Lying manager this company is in the right business you can be in the trash business. and still have integrity. they act like trash and. waste company. they waste. people time terrible experience

LOL where to begin. They have to be associated with the government. The laziest and most despicable customer service you will encounter. If you finally get them on the phone (be prepared it will take most of the day) they dont give a flying F#$% about you or your account. They have missed my pick up three times in the last month. Worthless and completely unprofessional. I pray Stonegate communities fire this worthless company.
Stay away from these people! From the start they failed to pick up garbage on schedule and it takes many phone calls to get anyone to come out. I have been waiting weeks for them to remove their trash bin from my property. Look them up online and you will find that it is the same all over the country. One rotten company
This company sucks, but what are you going to do. Most of us are forced to use them because we have no other options.Are we going to buy a truck and take our own trash to the landfill every Monday and Thursday? Doubtful.Another problem with the area I live. I have no recourse. Its use them or dig a hole in my backyard and bury, but I cant dig more than 3 feet because of the lines underneath my yard. Youre a horrible company, if you ever get any direct competition I will leave you, until then just understand I hate you. Do the job I pay you to do and do it on time.
