We were looking for a dumpster to get rid of some concrete from a torn up driveway and Bin There Dump That offered the best value and awesome customer service. They were able to help me figure out which dumpster size I needed, went as far as asking me to text them pictures of my concrete waste to give me an accurate size estimate and also had a larger range of size options than any other place I called. We also have a narrow driveway and their drivers were extremely careful when they dropped off and picked up the dumpster. Their staff is extremely professional, punctual and friendly! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dumpster rental.

Have used them twice to clean out a family member’s house for moving. I get a quick answer every time I call their office and the communication has been great. You can get a dumpster quickly (next day usually) and they call to let you know they’re dropping off and picking up. Would recommend!

Great communication and easy booking process!I needed a small dumpster for my yard project and, after calling 6 other companies, Bin There, Dump That was the only one willing to discuss my needs and immediately schedule a dumpster. Then, when the forecast was not in my favor, they were extremely accommodating and rescheduled for the following week. I did have to wait a day after I called for pick up, but they let me know that they were super busy and would try to pick up same day, if possible. They still showed the following day, as discussed, picked up my dumpster and even swept my driveway.My neighbors were all thoroughly impressed as well and didnt realize it would be possible to get something as small as a six yard dumpster. Far better value than Bagstr and fair prices, even on the bigger dumpsters.I would utilize their services again in a heartbeat if/when I need.

We scheduled a dumpster to be delivered on Wednesday. They were right on time. We did not get to start throwing things until Saturday. Within a few hours our dumpster was full. I called to ask for an early pick up and also requested another dumpster. They immediately returned my call. Within an hour they picked up the full dumpster and delivered another one.They were very easy to work with, professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. I didnt realize how much I had to dump or I would have rented a larger one. However, the smaller dumpster fit into our yard perfectly.

When I called to place a request, the representative was extremely knowledgeable about prices and what size may have worked for my project. I ended up purchasing the 15 ft dumpster for 3 days at a VERY reasonable price.Side note: I misjudged the amount of stuff we had to clear out, so we were only able to empty the garage when, originally, the plan was to cull things from the entire house. I think for a typical house with typical trash/unwanted items the 15 ft should work fine, but this particular house was more on the level of “hoarder”.They were able to schedule me for the following morning (placed the request at about 3pm on a Wednesday) and specifically told me that, though there were 6 deliveries scheduled before me, they would do their best to get it to the house quickly. The dumpster was delivered and set up all by about 10am on Thursday!! They were just as quick to take it away after the dumpster was filled. I can’t think of an instance during the whole experience that irked me or was less-than-optimal. Great service, great company.**not an ad, I just really, really liked my experience with them**

Rented a dumpster to dispose of concrete. The dumpster was delivered on time and cleanly. I filled the dumpster on a Saturday and realized I needed another one. I called and they swapped out my dumpster for an empty on on Saturday evening! Called Monday morning when the dumpster was full and they immediately and cleanly picked it up.

I needed a dumpster to haul away the debris from a shed I tore down. They were polite, came when they said they would, and hauled it away when I scheduled it. As promised, theres no lasting evidence that a dumpster was there (no scratches on my driveway). The price I was quoted was what I paid. Hopefully my new shed doesnt need to be torn down anytime soon, but Id definitely give them my business if I have any dumpster needs in the future.

Reasonable rates and serviceable equipment deployed in a nondestructive manner in my driveway. Communicated well for both delivery and pickup with a great experience with both the personnel on the phone and at delivery. I needed a bin for emptying a garage and storage building for move out. BTDT caught my eye when searching the net when I saw the bright green color of their bins. They maintain the bins very well and place them on wooden slats to protect your driveway. They delivered promptly on the scheduled day and they picked up with no problem when I called for removal. I will certainly give them as a recommendation.
