Complete lack of cooperation here, many parents have been complaining about this place. I was convinced to sign up for the contract and they are refusing to cooperate with parents feedback. Customer service is a nightmare. couple years ago when i was here it was much better but now the its just waste of time and money.I should have listened to other parents and not even bothered to come here. Parents beware!

My daughter truly enjoys attending programs at the Westchase Kumon. She has been a student for 18+ months and looks forward to her weekly sessions with her instructors. Miss Stephanie and her staff go above and beyond for their students. My daughters instructors are professional, caring, nice, and patient (my daughter enjoys telling stories throughout her lessons 🙂.) Her confidence and focus have increased tremendously. My husband and I are impressed that our daughter is now three levels above her peers in both Math and Reading. She has surpassed multiple milestones and we know that we can thank Westchase Kumon for its role in her progress. I would highly recommend this center to parents who want their children to not only excel in their studies but also to increase in their confidence. It is a great, encouraging environment for children.

I happen to know this location recently and it turns out to be a very pleasant experience. The center was very neat, clean, and tidy. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. By the way, Stephanie, the director, was super nice. I can feel that they handle things with great passion and care. A great place to enforce the kids in math and reading especially during summer time. Highly recommended.

I have been at the center several times and got a chance to talk to the staff and they were very nice. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions professionally. The center was clean and organized too.

Every staff member at this Kumon Center helped making my son more confident in Math and Reading. He not only progressed from basic level to taking Grade 2 level Math while in 1st Grade but also learnt studying independently. Self-learning at this age would definitely give him an advantage as he grows up. Under the keen attention of Ms. Stephanie, he never felt over-burdened as she worked with us to balance his homework volume based on his school and extracurricular activities. Would highly recommend this center!

We entered our daughter into the Kumon learning program last July. She was falling behind in her reading skills and we were desperate to see her perform at her grade level or beyond. She quickly gained interested and confidence that allowed her to achieve goals rapidly. After a year, we are pleased to say that she is now reading one grade level ahead. Thanks to the team at Kumon Westchase for investing your time in our child.
