I received two bids on getting various trees trimmed and stumps removed from my property. Houston Tree Service Pros were the lowest bidder so I had them do the work. The first day they did a great job and everything looked good. I paid them half of the job. The second day is when things got messy. They didnt clean up the rest of the trees, left trash all over the place, and a few of my things disappeared. When questioned I was given lame explanations so I paid them the second half and hope to never see them again. I spent an entire day just going around my home with a trash bag cleaning up trash. Limbs and various other things I still have to go and clean up. If it hadnt been for the second day these guys did do a good job and the trees look good, just make sure you watch their every move and push them to get the things done.

I was referred to them by my brother who has used them several years ago. He was very pleased and so was I. They where a bit more expensive then the rest of the quotes but they where highly recommended. To me it was a no brainer. I will pass all their information.

He was supposed to cut, remove the root and plant 2 trees for us. He did half of it, took 2/3 of the payment and not coming back. He wouldnt answer my calls or returned my messages (he would pick up his phone if I call him from different numbers. I am also sending a letter to the BBB.
