Mechanics can be helpful, depending on who you talk to. Billy is morning supervisor over shop and is good to work with. He can get busy at times. Mechanic Mike is very pleasant and has been helpful. Red / Robert, the afternoon shop manager, is a lot of fun and always laughing. Technician Will is an excellent fit in the service department. He is very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Both Sixtus and Alfred at the wash line / fuel islands are really nice guys as well. Rental reps, Gerald and Gene are very nice gentleman. I talk to Gene often. He always offers a kind greeting, a cup of coffee, although he doesnt touch the stuff himself, and is full of energy and always move, move, moving. Both he and Gerald are always very friendly and helpful. Service parking lots can get really crowded at times. This is a busy place, but the teams get it done.

The rental guys up front are nice 👍 the “techs” however are rude and act like your wasting their time I’ve been going her for almost 2 years and always an attitude hopefully they will fire Billy he’s always rude and impatient
