I had the pleasure of working with Melissa to help me with my boyfriends 40th birthday party! We waited to the last minute to get chair rentals! After calling and researching several places in Houston we found Freedom Events and Tents (best thing that happened to us). Melissa waited ONE long hour for us to get to their facility even-though their business was already closed for the day. She was patient and kind! She offered us different types of chairs and tables! She was so accommodating to our needs! She gave us an extra day to return the chairs we had rented...because of her we had a great customer experience! We will be back to rent the chairs for the beach wedding wink wink!

I have been a patron of Freedom Events and Tents for the past 5 years. They have delivered great customer service. There hasnt been anything that Ive asked for that they have not been able to deliver. Even when I had a concern it was addressed in a timely manner with a complete explanation which I thoroughly appreciated.

After bidding 5 tent and event companies we settled on Freedom Tents and EventsJesse and his team did an excellent job on the initial bid and discussions on the process of bidding out our tent needs, including explaining the licensing and Fire Marshall requirements.He worked directly with Hooters corporate office on insursnce and permitting and made it a smooth and seamless process.Before the event we had some last minute changes and concerns which were handed immediately.The setup team showed up 2 hours early and worked directly with us to make sure all of our needs were exceeded. Including a generator problem hours before the event that was resolved by a tech immediately.Freedom Tents is the best of Houstons small business owners .I will use them as a go to for ALL party rentals

This company has gone down ever since Jesse left. If you read all the good reviews you can see it was because of Jesse. My husband and I both called because neither one of us knew the other was calling. Come to find out we were both given two different estimates for a tent rental. Nicole gave my husband one price and Davantae gave me a different. Why would the price change based on who is calling?? Crooked if you ask me! Then we both called back together and spoke to Melissa and she offered to give us the lower amount given and told us she would send over a new invoice. BUT what I got instead was an email from Davantae stating that they are completely booked until February 15th! So obviously they or he was upset about what happened! But how is that our fault!? Who does that!? Come back and tell you they are booked. When I emailed him back stating it obvious he is just retaliating and how convenient he no longer knows how to spell my name after he spelled it correctly when he sent me an invoice for the estimate he gave me with the AVAILABLE date!! And because I told him I would be leaving this review he emails me back and says well the tent is $250 plus delivery so all of a sudden they have availability again!!! DO NOT rent from this company!!! They are crooked and liars!!!PS.... we found the same size tent somewhere else for $95!!

We rented a lights, tent & dual parrot-ice machine. Second say still no lights and the dual parrot-ice machine continuously beeps when it is turned on and the tent has numerous holes.

Had the chance to work with Nicole she helped me out on everything i needed .

They charged me for something that I never got and then didnt want to work out something with me to get me something i paid for dont go thru them not good business people.
