With COVID impacting the economy I haven’t had any stability at my old job, I called Tradestar and was working in less than a week! I have to say they are an amazing company and will put you to work ASAP. I even contacted staffing agencies and didn’t even hear back until after I was already working. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Rachel my “recruiter” has went to bat for me many times, always there and willing to help with any problem or situation that pops up. From the interview on she has really helped me and been there for me. 100% professional and good at what they do. 10 out of 10 would recommend tradestar and specifically Rachel she’s a boss!!!!

I’m an employee that has worked with Tradestar multiple times. My recruiter is Sean. He has sent monthly newsletters even when I wasn’t searching. Which is cool. Because when I was ready for another position, I simply replied to the email blast and he responded immediately. Got my places quickly. And the process was painless and everything he could control, he made it happen in a timely manner. The jobs are always pretty good and the pay is fair for the work and your experience. Wasted my time, especially after I explained everything beforehand on the phone. Rachel said everything sounded good, come in for an interview. Did just that all to hear Rachel critique my work history that wasnt even relevant to my experience as an electrical apprentice. Thats all that should have mattered since they claim to specialize in this area, but she wanted to feel superior in front of her male colleague in training. When I say people like her dont care, they really dont and just pretend to. Im trying to make a living, not be judged by a stranger who thinks their better than me.

I would to take a moment and thank Jed and Sean for a terrific job. I put in and with in 3 weeks I was working. Jed and Sean, great job on spotting talent and connecting them with the right people.

After 2 phone interviews discussing my abilities and my pay minimum, I was asked to miss half a day of work and come for an interview and drug test. Once I was there for an AV installer position/desktop technician, I was offered way less than my minimum and wanted me to work outside construction! Shawn is at the tollway and IH10 branch and was not interested in listening or even reading my resume. I am so disappointed in such an unprofessional staffing company. He ended the interview at 15 minutes and I did not get a drug test to be put in the system. Dont waste your time.

It’s just wasting time they called me several times and I gave them all my information and all that need they accepted on the phone when I got there Rachel said no it is not work for my company why you didn’t say that on the phone
