I have been lucky enough to work with BG Multifamily several times over the years. They are always eager to assist with property needs. The communication is excellent, and if ever an issue arrives, they are quick to rectify or cure it. They have so many great staff members. I have been blessed to be taken care of by Alvina, Xochitl and Adriana. They go above and beyond at all times. I would hire all 3 of them, if I could!

They never communicate all!!! I tried to clock in and no one responded to me at all I blew up there phones and emails! But a week later CALLED ME to ask me what I had work previous. I ask for job assignments all the time and they just ignore me. I’ve only been working for them for two weeks. I have never had this many issues with a staffing agency at all. BG is Austin was always on top of things but guess they don’t care down here.

The wonderful ladies at BG have been extremely accommodating, responsive and professional. Especially during the winter storm, they stayed in constant contact with us daily. We appreciate there partnership in helping us find the right candidate! Thank you!

I needed a housekeeper on short notice and BG came through for us here at The Belle Meade. Kiara was amazing. She worked very hard and was so kind. I received a follow up phone call today from Shannon Crumpler with BG and told her if I could give Kiara 10 gold stars I would. It was a pleasure visiting with Shannon on the phone today. She is definitely an asset to BG.

I signed up twice. The first time they advertised a position on indeed that applied for and I was sent on two one day assignment. They would call me about a position and say my resume was submitted. I would call or text and I was told the company hadnt contacted them. Personally I would call them back but they dont follow up. The second time I signed up I noticed they had moved locations. The new lady made things sound promising. Its sad she never returned my calls after I had called 6 times. I went to another staffing company and they sent me on a job right a way. Unfortunately for BG the company I worked for mentioned that BG didnt send them qualified resumes. Oh I have text messages from BG showing I was contacting them. I have a friend that signed up for them. They didnt correct her timesheets. She had to threaten to call the corporate office for them to correct her time. This is on the commercial property management side. People sign up for staffing agencies for help with Employment. It also looks like to me they advertise positions they dont have. When I signed up for a position that I seen on indeed. The recruiter avoided my question about the position. The lady is currently employed with BG.

I have worked for BG Staffing since 2014 in Chicago and in Denver. I couldnt say enough great things about them. They have been very good to me especially Sabrina Salazar and Tara Quinn. I recently accepted a full-time permanent position however I choose to continue to work for BG whenever I can. I was referred by an Apartment complex to go to BG staffing when I was looking for an apartment; I told the leasing consultant I was looking for a job part-time and only on the weekends. She gave me BG business card and I called and came in to filled out the application and was interview by Liz. She said someone will call me for the training. They called and scheduled me to come in the following day. I was told to be there at 10:30am and be professional dress, I arrived at 10:00am and signed in. The front desk said someone will be right with me and to have a seat. A lady came out, gave me an application to fill out but I had already fill out the application earlier. She came back and look at the empty application. I told her I had already fill it out so she said she ask why I was there for; If she was professional, She would had known to look at the sign in sheet. She didnt do that. Id told her I was here for the training, and I gave her my name . She told me it was not until 11:00am. I told her I would be back and left. When I came back at 10:50am for the training, she called everyone in but me. She told me in front of everyone I was not professionally dress and I wore the open toe shoe and I need to wear a blazer jacket and any other jacket was not acceptable. I was shock, I was there for training and she did not mention that when I was there earlier. Id asked her why did she not tell me when I was there earlier, she just walk off. I called Liz, the lady who set the appointment and explain to her what happen. All she could say was she was not there but will call me back. Till this day there was no phone calls. These people are prejudice and they themselves dont know what professional dress is. They love to discriminate against other people but when you mention it, they walk off on you. I worked for a bank and I was never sent home for what I wore. I would not referred anyone to them or want to work for anyone who is heartless and prejudice. There was no apology or sympathy; I waste my time and travel to come here. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE.

Went in Thursday for an interview around 11am it was packed however; the greeting lady was really nice & helpful, she addressed everyone there. She asked us what we needed to do, had us sign in, gave us an application to fill out. This took me awhile to do while being so nervous! Anyway I finished it and got called shortly after that. A nice gentleman smiling called my name, the interview was short and sweet & very professional!My 1st assignment is Monday.

As a property manager it is very important to be able to depend on the staffing agency you use. I have used BG several times when I was in a bind and they always come thru- fast and with good people. I went to BF Staffing NW Houston hoping they will help find me a leasing position, 1st off they dont return calls and they are very unprofessional .Ive been waiting on Elizabeth to return my call for two weeks and do a back ground. I decided to go through a different temp that actually find work for their clients. This company is bogus and shouldnt be open for business since they can not perform their duties. BG staffing is very unprofessional. The coordinators have control issues and are really snappy. If things dont go their way they will stop sending you work for weeks. If they say that they are paying leases they wont they will keep the money from themselves and if you ask about they will lie. And just because you asked about your money they will get an attitude and say its not even that much and wont send u anywhere for a while. L.I.Z. So if you want a stable income to build a stable life keep looking. Maybe liberty.

This place sucks they have issues of not getting your direct deposit set up when you send the CORRECT documentation. They throw your money on a pay card and not even contact you to come pick it up or if it was issues with the direct deposit although there was not one on my end. Angelica promised that I would have my direct deposit the following weeks but guess what deposit was made to my account. I also checked the pay card and guess what? NO DEPOSIT!!! So here I am calling over and over after 8 and I am not getting a answer.

If i could just give u a tip of the 🌟 i just went to the one on the northwest Houston at the work lounge and some chick krystal did my interview and app now i gave her my important information ( social security # ) then was told im hired but cant start work until 24 to 48 hrs now get this people i called cause my card wouldnt activate so the card keeps saying go to where you got it from so i went sat there for a minute till i had my girl come pick me up so im texting the ladie worked the im mean im blowin her phone up like and get a text saying she dont work there no more wow in two days man this sounds like its a scam or something i contacted em off the Craigslist number

I have had the opportunity of working at many different staffing firms and this one was the worst. Theyve had 2 assignments I was not able to make it to due to emergencies. I had to get 15 stitches in my hand. I was told to not have any movement in my left hand for a week. I got my stitches out today and called today to update my availability and the lady I spoke with was very rude. She told me I couldnt work for them anymore unless I am 100% available. So I told her I was available & she proceeded to question me with an attitude. The phone got disconnected and I call back & she has an attitude saying I hung up on her. Ummm.... if I hang up on you, why am I calling you back? Anywho, Ive updated my availability with the other staffing agencies with no problem. And the other staffing companies are EXCELLENT at finding work. Yall need to work on yall customer service. Bc I called with a positive attitude and good intentions. No matter the situation, customer service is important. Ive also worked at different properties and the properties Ive worked had nothing positive to say about BG Multifamily. I just wanted to give them a try, but I shouldve listened. Ive never experienced horrible customer like that. The attitude was what got me. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I have texted and called for the past 2weeks for job placement and have gotten no response. Sure they lacked communication skills on notifying who they were sending but, ever since Mrs.Angela Covington took over everything has been running smoothly. The communication skills have improved tremendously since Mrs. Covington took over. I recommend highly recommend this Staffing agency above anyone else. From reading the reviews I see that many have had problems in the past with this agency. I recommend you give them a try since they have a new efficient manager onboard.

Ive finished the forms and done an interview with Wendy Herrera in the BG staffing office in Houston and she told me to call for any available leasing position, unfortunately Im trying to contact her or any other representative for a week but every time the answer was shes busy and it looks like something wrong.Waiting for your call and or reply.

I called for my W2 and they were so rude! I stated I moved out of state and I did a change of address. They said it’s my fault I didn’t change my address with the company And told me to look up another number on google to get help with my W2! That is so sad they are so unprofessional!!!!

Applied for a leasing office job and got called in for an interview that was really only me feeling out paperwork and tax information then I never got a call back for any job or anything, a complete scan and waste of time.
