SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE SERVICES! SHE DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF AUDITS!! She charged a flat rate and now SHE WILL NOT RESPOND to emails, phone calls, texts NOTHING! So I made an appointment through the online portal which was the second time and both times waited over 2 hours. She is extremely unprofessional (always bragging about kicking people out of her office and I was one of them) because I asked her about my audit! The first time I tried doing my regular taxes and got her employee and turbo tax ended up giving me a better refund.

Unprofessional and not responsive. Her employee messed up my taxes, I paid for an audit (over a year ago) and I have received nothing but lies and excuses. I have requested my paperwork or money back and she refuses to respond. She has blocked every number I have called from and refuses to communicate with me about the service I paid for and never received.

Very friendly, and they go above & beyond to help get you a great return. Wont go anywhere else but to Lauras. Highly recommended.

Hired Laura to handle a 2018 audit. She said she would get started right away in October 2020. Took my money as a flat rate fee for audits. Now its May 2021 and Im receiving a letter from the IRS that they are tacking on interest and penalties and Laura aint answering phone/text/emails.
