He gave us the timeline in detail and was punctual on finishing in the given time frame. After eighteen years of service it was time to have our pool resurfaced. A friend of mine gave pools Infinite a very high recommendation after they did her pool so I had them bid the job. We selected Pools Infinite to build our new pool. Elis, the owner, listened to what we were looking for and designed a pool that fit our needs. He did not try to upsell on non-essential pool equipment that we did not need like the other contractors that we received proposals from. Elis was responsive throughout the whole process. Unlike other pool companies that sell you the pool and you never see them again, Elis would come out frequently to check on the work as the pool progressed. With Eli you receive exceptional customer service. My wife was comfortable with him in designing the pool and I had no problem texting and calling whenever I had a question about the construction, payments, etc.He explained each phase of our pool construction, his estimate proved to be accurate and worked wonderfully with us after Hurricane Harvey (our pool was about 70% complete before we flooded).Eli has become a friend and I would highly recommend his services for either a new pool or redesign.

Eliseo and his team repaired the bottom of our pool where a persistent rust stain kept reoccurring, sealed the stone work around the pool, and most importantly repaired some terrible stone work performed by another contractor.His performance on all 3 items exceeded my expectations, and provided realistic expectations on how the finished work would look prior to the estimate.Speaking of the estimate, his prices were very fair.I have already recommended him to friends, and wouldn’t hesitate to have him back in the future.All round good guy. He says what he does, and does what he says.
