For a state services office, I was really impressed with the staff and their efficiency. There was no line at all.

I’ve been dealing with Medicaid for about 6 years now and never had a problem to know. When I first spoke to someone about my sons Medicaid she said she would escalate his application because he needs to go to the doctor and the doctor wouldn’t see him because his Medicaid was “inactive” after I already renewed. The phone hung up before she could finish the process and when I called back a women who needs to loose her job “Stacy” said the she would not do it. This place needs new staff and or needs to be retrained.
TDHHS hold informational training classes to however the staff cant answer questions regarding the information they are trying to deliver. Without cue cards they probably wouldnt be able to tell you where the exit door is. Yet they are hired to serve and represent our state. The employee dress code is come as you are from head to toe. Displaying to Texas citizens and visitors substantial work ethics and zero work knowledge
