My experience with LSM Shipping is not bad. I have been shipping with them ( Sea freight) since 2016. Its only 2019 that the goods over delayed. But when finally arrived all items were intact. Though of the things got spoilt. Chinos should improve in communication.
I have tried a number of shipping agents in Houston. Since I found LSM it has been smooth sailing with no stress. Whether its ocean or air freight be rest assured there will be no stories and your goods will arrive fully intact and excellently packaged. Seems the company needs more hands to improve in the area of communication. But, if you need a reliable shipping agent in Houston, LSM Global is the place to go.
Excellent door to door from Atlanta to Accra Ghana. No Customs hassles at all. Exactly what I was looking for. Shipping time was 11 to 13 days which was exactly as he stated. Communication needs to be better. It is difficult to get in touch with them. You can go days without any word, but the product does reach where it is supposed to go.
I have used LSM for over 4years even though your packages arrive intact and their rates are reasonable, however, they lack good customer communication which is very essential. Providing updates to client is very important and will go a long way to relieve the frustration and service dissatisfaction one receives from dealing with your company.I have called, sent messages and even visited your office in Houston just to get an update on my shipments to no avail, even though they know how important those items are to me. And I was promised I will not experience the same issue I had last year. Chinos keeps reading and ignoring my messages. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. This company is only good for those who do not need their packages urgently and are open to having heart failure. Its very sad a business is still been handled in this manner in 2018.Please chinos, kindly provide an update on my June sea freight that had an ETA for August 10th, I need to know the status. Also provide an update on the packages dropped on July 23rd as I have no information on its status.
They dont even deserve any star. Its so sad to see all these reviews and everyone (apart from those obviously paid to write something positive) keep mentioning their bad customer service/poor communication. Its even sadder that lsm is unperturbed. Most likely because no one has taken any legal action against them, but not anymore. I think its time to shut them down. They totally ignore calls and messages, with absolutely NO updates concerning your shipment. Its been almost three weeks and I havent heard a thing from them. I will STRONGLY advise anyone NOT to use them. They are very unprofessional.
LSM Global runs a professional service and they deliver on the scheduled time without any delays. They also keep you up-to date on the status of your delivery. Most importantly, the staffs are courteous and outstanding. I would gladly recommend them to everyone.

Ive changed my mind on these guys. They were good for a time but something changed for the worse. Unfortunately their lack of communication nearly ruined my business... Still recovering. Its a shame because its such a little thing they just need adjust to go from mediocre to excellent and they simply choose not to communicate better despite several complaints from clients. Wouldnt recommend them at this point in time except you want your blood pressure to rise! There are much better and responsive companies offering a cheaper and better service out there. Ive said my piece.
They dont pick calls or answer emails. Had weight issues with my package and eventually, they told me how busy they were that they were unable to communicate.
This is hurrible place to ship. I have been calling, texting and calling since July 27 that I dropped my package to your office to get an invoice. No one is responding not even replying my calls. Pls I need the invoice. Don’t even know if the package has been shipped. Pls and pls reply as soon as possible.
I had a very good 1st experience with shipping my items, however this time I have called and emailed and texted and even lefted voice msgs for about 3weeks and no response, its 21st and my items were supposed to have left on the 16th but I dont even know if they did leave. Can someone respond for items belonging to Nene Nta

This is worst company to ship to Nigeria, my experience with the Houston branch is terrible, unreliable and not trustworthy.very poor costomer service, please go there if you want a headacheYou are quick to response but not quick to tell you costomer the true I delivered my car to you in 7/6/18 with the arrangement that you are shipping by 15th of the same month but you keep my car up till now, you are one of the people that give Nigerian bad name

Dont bother emailing the most annoying part,I havent had problems getting my stuff but the communication is a big issue they wont respond God for bid something happens to your items what would you do?
