I had finally found my dream car in the UK, and had to get it transported to Los Angeles. It was a major undertaking, since it was my first time. After years of searching, I pulled the trigger and finalized the sale. The UK shipping company recommended Horizon Shipping for Customs Brokerage.This is something individual shipper must do, if theyre not bonded and their items cost more than $2500. Customs deals directly with your broker and have power of attorney. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mardy the first time, and she explained everything very patiently, and later e-mailed all the needed documents.Once all the paperwork was submitted, my car left from Southampton on its way to Port Hueneme in Los Angeles. When the vehicle arrived, I received a notice from Sarah, that there was a customs hold on my car, which was normal. It took a week and my car was finally released, and ready for pick up.After making the payment via bank transfer, I was given the paperwork needed to go and pickup the car. In total I was at the port for 1 hour, and I was on my way home. Since all my paperwork was properly filed.Both Sarah and Mardy took care of my questions, filed the ISF on time, and delivered on their professional promise. I cant ask for more, and will give them all my future business on top of recommending them to anyone who needs transportation services.

I dropped off my car for shipment to Europe. It was supposed to be on the ship next week, but now after 8 weeks car is still in their warehouse! How hard can it be!

I submitted for online quote and they never reached out. Finally got in touch and everything worked out fine until i received the truck. The door was all scratched front bumper was damaged. I complained and till now no answer. I made sure that they took pictures before dispatch so that i have proof.

Stay away from this company!!!!!They are Big Joke ...MARDY IS THE NUMBER ONE!!!!SECOND IT IS JAVIER!Instead to send my car to Poland they sent to Germany!!!!Then Mardy said she is going to bring back to Houston and I need to come and pick it up after 2-3 months!!!!I gave them my car on April 30 to be send to Poland-Gdynia, now is June 5 and my car is swimming around the world...don’t know when I get it back!!!I’m looking for a lawyer to help me with this case.Anyone help?

Horrible service not to mention Horrific customer service!!!!!! Shiped with them a few months back from Hawaii to Texas. The vehicle was delivered by a random person who wanted to drop off on a personal dolly. When contact the office they gave us the run arounddue to the owner nevwr being there. Then she just said sorry cant do anything after 3 weeks of waiting for a simple explanation. Rated them on Facebook with what they deserved and got a nasty message from the owner Martie! Disgusted by the lack of everything!
