One thing to note, when looking through HAR and other sites, not every agent takes the time to capture every picture and make sure they look great. We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Luis Medina. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.Throughout the past several months, Luis has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. Very unprofessional real estate agent. He demanded an exclusivity contract before I even met him in person. How do I know I want to work with you if I havent even met you in person or seen a house with you? How do I know you have my best interest in mind? I need to feel comfortable and know I can trust someone before I hand them 2-3% of my sale.If a realtor truly believes in their service they shouldnt need a contract to lock you into doing business with them. The State of Texas and professional realtors do not require these contracts.There are too many other great realtors out there to waste your time with inexperienced, unprofessional agents like Luis.

Luis is a Great Agent. I am the broker of Century 21 Olympian and Luis is one of the most conscientious agents for customer service. He sells approx 100+ properties per year. He is also contracted to some of the largest referral companies such as redfin etc. I highly recommend Luis, the previous review is not any of the clients that Luis has been working with. As the broker I have reviewed all his clients and the first review is not any of his clients. Give Luis a call he has some great marketing techniques that are above and beyond being a regular agent.
