Initially I was just going to call a family friend who is a realtor to list my home. Coincidentally I was on Facebook and saw an ad for FIT Acquisitions. I looked at their page and their site. I decided to give them a call. The next day, Wai came to see my house, mask on and all, and it was a much faster appointment than I had anticipated. He called me the day after and gave me their proposal. After completing some paperwork and a couple weeks later, I went to the title company for closing and received my funds. Everyone I spoke with, even at the title company, was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. I thought there would be more delays due to Covid but thankfully there were not many at all! If you’re thinking about listing your home with an agent, give FIT a call first!

I inherited a property from my mother. My friend recommended I call FIT because FIT helped them with a sale last year, inherited also. FIT and the title company helped me from start to finish with all the paperwork. There were some hiccups but nothing that they couldnt fix. Overall, Im happy I contacted them & would recommend their services.

I received a letter from FIT Acquisitions in the mail wanting to purchase my house.  I had no interest in selling my house at the time but I knew my aunt wanted to sell her house.  I gave her the mailer I had received.  After their closing I received a referral fee from FIT and my aunt was very happy with the sale as well!  Ill be keeping their info to pass along to my family and friends.

Employee that contacted me was very unprofessional and texted me randomly under false pretenses to get me to respond along with a voicemail. Literally just calling me as if he knew me and was like wassup give me a call back or whatever... I had absolutely no idea that this was a business or who this guy was that was texting and calling me. When I responded to the text he still didnt identify himself as someone who was trying to get my business and still seemed like he was messaging me as if he were a friend that I knew. When I told him I didnt think I knew him he identified that he worked with fit acquisitions... you know what.. read the exchange for yourself in the photo.. proof is in the pudding for lack of a better word.. the conversation continued a bit longer but he was cocky and didnt come off professional at all and definitely lost my business. I didnt reach out to chat with some rando, I wanted to speak to a business professional about the sale of my house..

Dealing with Fit Acquisitions was great. With so many options out there, its hard to know who you can trust or who is being honest. I felt like they really listened to my situation and made a offer on my property that made sense. The house needed some work and updating. I didnt have time to fix those issues or upgrades that a realtor suggested I do. I didnt have the resources to do that. I wanted to sell it as is which I did.
