Eric did an amazing job finding a new home for us. We arrived in Houston on a holiday weekend, without an appointment but ready to move quickly. He rearranged his schedule to show us houses, accommodating our short timeframe. We were able to make an offer over the weekend and come to an agreement with the seller. Since we were from out of town, Eric then arranged to meet an inspector and then followup with repairmen to obtain estimates. Everything went incredibly smoothly thanks to Erics hard work and ability continue moving things forward. No matter what requests we made for help, he stepped up to the plate like a true professional. We will definitely call him next time we need a realtor!
