We have worked with Carlos from American Property Buyers and have yet to receive payment for our work for a little over 2 months now. Even with a signed contract it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone to collect our payment. We now have to invest more time and money in attempts to collect what we are due.

This investment group is excellent. Very well put together and stayed on top of everything every day. I am a realtor/investor myself and have taken notes on how they run their business. They were all a joy to work with, very laid back but quick to action. I look forward to meeting with them again in years to come in my investments myself. My fiancé and I will enjoy the house for the coming years thanks to this great team and the receptiveness to questions and issues.May our paths cross again!
