We requested our stucco be cleaned, and gutters and soffits around the house have the mold and dirt removed. We chose Clean and Green Solutions because they use a “soft wash” less aggressive power wash so as not to damage the stucco. Our primary concern was protecting the stucco’s integrity and not damage our windows’ seals with the power washer. Tyler showed up on time ready to work. His work ethic and attention to detail is something we don’t see often! He even covered our security cameras and lights to protect them from being damaged. I needed my pool deck and landscaping stones cleaned so I called Clean and Green to get a quote. The price was very competitive and the team that came to my house to do the cleaning was very professional. They removed all of my deck furniture before cleaning and replaced after the cleaning, and worked carefully not to disturb mulch and landscaping while cleaning stones around flower beds. All of the algae and grime was removed and both areas look like new again. First class service from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Clean and Green Solutions, is an excellent company. Dave arrived on time very courteous and professional. Soft washed my bricks on the front of my home. My bricks are a very light colored and they had some unknown dark stains on the bricks and mortar. Even though he couldnt remove some of the stains, the bricks looked a 100% better, after he washed the surface. He refused to accept payment indicating that the owner, Doug, said we stand by our work, we didnt remove all of the stains, therefore we will not charge you. Its so refreshing to finally see a company with integrity, honesty and professionalism. Im a senior citizen, who have encountered many unethical companies. The system is very smooth. I ordered the service and received a text with the details of the order. I received another text the morning the service rep was scheduled to work. Once it was completed, I received another text advising me of such. When I got home everything was where it was supposed to be and the house was clean. Much appreciated!!

Oh my everything shines. Attention to detail was incredible. I could not be more pleased. These pros cleaned the roof that had years of mold and tree pollen. They used as little cleaner as possible, then let it dry to see if another pass was needed. They made 3 complete cleanings of the roof and now I can see the natural brown color of our roof, Wow! They also cleaned areas of our brick siding, and it too shines as well. No more mold and the brick color consistency was incredible. Not done yet! The did all of the exposed aggregate and flagstone in our backyard as well as the coping around the pool. It just made the whole backyard shine. Not Done yet! They did all of our cedar fencing. They did just a light pressure wash as to not take of the stain. It had been 3 years since I stained it and when they were done it looked brand new. Not Done yet! They did our whole driveway and it was 10 shades lighter. I cannot say enough. I have had contractors come work on our house and there is no company I have ever used that has done such a beautiful job. Both of these men were so polite and respectful. The photographer who came to take pictures for our real estate listing for this house even commented on how clean and bright everything looked. As President of the United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners he devotes a large portion of his time bettering the industry of pressure washing and roof cleaning. He also runs a school to teach newbies entering the field how to properly clean places without causing damage and with some professionalism. If I didnt own a cleaning company, I would have Doug clean my home any day of the week [of course I rent :) LOL]
