Paul was awesome! I know that I am paying for my service and as a customer I expect professionalism and good quality however, sometimes its nice to know the person who is doing the work. I am a very detailed person and being able to talk with him make it easier for me to explain what I like and expect. Paul checked in before, during, and after. In the past (with a different company) I had workman come and go and leave a note stating that they came. They never tried to have a conversation not even to greet me. I was happy to have Paul service my home.

Paul is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He gives us great recommendations and is always on time. Our pests are gradually going away after every visit and we can always count on someone coming back if we see bugs creeping in.

Our technician Reggie was great. He texted and called ahead to let us know when he was arriving. He explained what he was going to do during the initial treatment and was very efficient and thorough. He listened to our areas of concern and made sure to treat those spots as well as any other points of entry. Once he completed the outside treatment, he came back to let me know he finished his work and what I could expect going forward. Very happy with the service overall and Reggies help in particular!

Paul is an amazing tech. He always confirms before he comes. He answers all my questions and addresses any and all concerns I have. If I ever have any special request, he handles those too. I don’t have much pest problems and have 3 mosquito buckets, and I’m very happy with the treatments in my yard. I’ve referred over 10 other people to Natran because of Paul, and Natran services 3 of my houses. I don’t go anywhere else for pest control.

We used Natran for mosquito control because they came highly recommended from our neighbors. We were not disappointed. We immediately noticed a difference in the amount of mosquitos in our yard and were so happy to be able to enjoy our backyard again. Our service person, Chris, has been amazing to work with. I’m disappointed with the product. The product used is not something that has worked for me. The gentleman who came to spray had great customer service. And I want to make that clear.I am also upset and disappointed because I was charged for a service I asked to have canceled and I have yet to hear back from them. I’m so disappointed to have been with them for an entire year. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

We have be using Natran Green Pest Control for more than 8 years. They give excellent service. Paul is a very nice guy. He is very professional, courteous, answers our questions with a lot of patience, and does a great job. He explains everything what they do.

Paul was helpful, knowledgable, and thorough. Took care of things without me having them pointed out. I hope the wasps dissappear, as the insecticide they use does not normally stay long, specially during or after rain. Bugs seem to always come back after two weeks or so.

We were looking for eco-friendly pest services so we called Natran Green Pest Control. Sabrina answered all of our questions and provided us with a quote. Then Paul came out to do our first inspection and treatment. He was also very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. He also gave us some tips on what we could do to seal up some areas that could be an issue with pests entering the home.

Natran associates are extremely professional and courteous. They let you know when they’re coming and they are on time. They treat inside and out for all types of insects. They also treat exterior baseboards and ceilings and eaves which helps keep them spider and flying insect free as well as clean. Their products are non-toxic and the best part is that we live bug-free.

Friendly staff. Responsive technician, that explained everything he did and listened to my concerns, even came on his day off and removed possum that was caught in a trap. Hopefully this solved our problem. The attic is quiet so far, and this is only day 2 since it was sealed and the traps were set.

Johnny worked quickly and left without even letting me know. I had my garage door open, my back door open, and my front door open, as I waited for him to return. It took me 15-20 minutes to realize he had left (he did not park in front of the home so I could not tell if he left or was still on property).I would appreciate a, “Hey, I’m done. Do you need anything else?” or, “I’m leaving now.” so I Amy know the services were completed.It really scared me that he just left without saying a word, and I have NEVER had any technical person come over and leave like Johnny did.Please arrange all future services with Casey. He is professional, friendly, and receptive to the needs of his clients. Johnny didn’t even want to spray under the refrigerator and freezer as I had requested.

Natran is a great company, they keep my home bug-free and my puppies safe by using green ingredients. Each 3 month service lasts 3 months but if I have any issues in the interim they’re happy to come out for free. They’re always punctual, friendly, and informative. I’m really happy that I decided to choose them for pest control.

Good company, hassle free. I live in an area with a lot of new construction and even with all the movements and occasional trash around, so far almost no bugs inside. They come every 3 months or so (they can come extra if needed) and spray. They answer the phone quick. Definitely recommend.
