The customer service here is awesome and the service is very fast. This place is black owned and I love it. And they are kid friendly also. DNA test prices are negotiable too, that was a plus for me. I appreciate great prices and good service. Thank you Main stop

Best prices and honestly the best customer service by far compared to any other place. The staff is very friendly and they are flexible with taking last minute request and work with your schedule. Highly recommend!! And also the communication is great even of you email them.

Fantastic service! I couldnt have been happier with the service.That they provided me with, they were kind, courteous, and very profesional. I had a few problems With the process of notarizing some documents but they helped me and worked with me and got them done .I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again.

Went here to obtain some checks for my workplace. The location is inside the Power Center. There are no signs that I know of.1. Head to the Power Centers reception and ask about your appointment with Main Stop.2. Fill up your name on the visitor form and wait for the doc.Once the doctor arrived, the whole procedure took less than half an hour.

I have been going to main stop for some time now. I always have a problem there. It is the only place closest to me. The guy there is rude. I called to verify he will be there (not always there) and ask other questions and he hung up on me. I called back and I was sent to VM. He must have other things to do then to be at work and answer some work related question. He uses generic headphones for his phone calls so it is very hard to understand him. I prefer not to go but it is the closest to me. I do not recommend this place. I had to rate a star if not my post would not post. No stars from me.

It was mandatory for me to take a drug test for my doctorate program and chose this location since IT was slightly closer to home. I got lost while looking for this place because there are no signs outside the building. It is next to the Chase Bank, fyi. The MA or nurse (not sure what her title was) seemed rush and was condescending And rude. She spoke fast and did not allow me to ask questions. When i put my urine cup in the plastic bag she provided, she became irrate and jumped on me for doing so. I apologized, but was I provided instructions not to do so? Respect people! As someone in the medical field, I get it. It is inevitable to meet a nasty patient. But dont treat us all with disrespect. I regret coming here And advice others to avoid this place like the plague!
