This venue is like the ultimate back yard, theres a pool, mechanical bull, rock climbing, and also a zip line attraction everyone can use. The staff is super friendly and its spacious too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking doing an event outdoors with many things to keep your guests entertained.

The place is beautiful but when it comes to the service provided it was not good at all. Was told I could arrive by 9 am and everything would be ready when I arrived we had to clean all the tables and chairs even the coolers had to be cleaned by us. On top of the owner trying to charge me more for him adding a stage for the band that was not their when we initially signed our contract and he wanted to charge and extra $500 after everything was paid off. I was also being charged for a tent that was going to be set up for a party that was being used the night before. Like I already said the place is beautiful specially once it’s decorated but the service I was provided was extremely poor!

I had the pleasure of attending a beautiful wedding at Martinez Eventos on Friday, June 11The place is uniquely and beautifully designed. It is spacious and lovely. I would love to have my family reunion there!

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience! We was running behind schedule but Rene and his wife took action, went out of their way and helped us set up and pull the party together! I can’t wait to book our next party!

Great atmosphere for great memories. Great location for video shoots. Owner was very down to earth and open about our needs to shoot a video. He came through at the last moment. He even had a bounce house zipline!!! Will recommend! Great place to host parties.

Literally BEST PLACE IN HOUSTON FOR YOUR PARTY 🎈 🎉 🎊 I’m impressed by the space and beauty of this place, you are able to set up the decoration and really make it your style; don’t hesitate on calling because the owners are really helpful and friendly, this place it’s already beautiful in the evening but you will fall in love with the place at night, you need to see those lights with your own eyes, location very close to the freeway and I can assure you this is a place where you will want to come back.

I am late as usual when giving reviews, but I highly recommend this venue, It goes something like this, I would always ride pass the place and ever knew what is was because it is very secured. So one day I decided to look it up and see why every once in a while when i pass I would see people unloading party items and before you know it, the gate is closed by the time I turned around. So I looked up the address and called to my surprise it was an venue with basically an oasis in the back of the home they reside in. So finally I meet the guy who owns the place and I was allowed to check it out. It wowed me, and I decided to have a gathering the same week for my daughter and graduating to high school and her best friend cousin graduating to high school as well. We set it up for that Friday and the owner allowed me to come in Thursday evening and get set up without any extra charge, I was wowed. So, the day of the party the owners were so helpful and very accommodating to my needs to make sure the gathering a success. I am the type of person as long as you don;t interfere with me and what I am doing join in a have fun. The owners talked and ate and enjoyed us, as well as we enjoyed them. From the set up to clean they assisted all the way. They both are an awesome host and will get my business any day...I will be back soon for an adult only gathering, the kids had their fun.This venue was the talk of the town and my daughter and her cousin had an awesome time, even the adults enjoyed themselves.From volleyball, zip lining, Jacuzzi and swimming pool it self we enjoyed every inch of the property. I think the concept they have provide is a very unique idea.And they are tremendously good people . I never meet them but I felt like I had been knowing them for years, thats just how good of people they came off to me. So few negative comments I have read, i have to disagree and we all have our own opinions. But we truly didnt have any issues...And anybody that wanted to join was welcome as long as it was respectful.Oh....... yes and I had members of the party book for 2021 so how awesome is that..........ThanksCynthia/part on 6/19/2020

This pool is nice, its basically renting someones back yard. The lady is super sweet and nice and helpful. The man talks to much and hes constantly interrupting the party to.come not even check on you just talk about other parties and how hes gonna start charging 2000$ instead of 1500$. He even had his neighbor kids come join the pool while we had our party. Not professional at all, but nice backyard. No precautions for Covid 19 either
