Terrible Organizations, poor leadership & poor communications. Every interaction has been unprofessional & unacceptable. This company Needs to work on consistently, better communication & better management. Horrible experience, when you simply just need a office to work.

Our company suffered damage from a recent flood and we needed a new office, pronto! I didnt know what to expect when I arrived to Regus. Its been almost a week and Ive been blown away by the kindness, thoughtfulness and excellent level of care and professionalism. Both ladies at the front desk are willing to go the extra mile to help, the space is beautiful and all the amenities succeed at putting a smile on our faces! This was definitely a great decision, my staff and I feel like were being spoiled. I highly recommend this space if you are looking for a full service of office suite needs short or long term.

Regus is a con company and not trustworthy at all with anything. They over charge, over bill, bill repeatedly and lie about everything blaming it on the previous managers. They try to force their clients to rent more space with the rational that the client in causing disruptions i the common reception area that is supposed to be available to everyone of their client. They discriminate, hire poor managers who dont know the first thing about business and service. I would not recommend Regus to anyone looking to perform legitimate, efficient business. They should have 0 stars for reviewing Regus, because 1 star is being generous.

As a new client of the Regus family, I would like to congratulate the staff at the 363 N Sam Houston Pkwy location on the professionalism, patience and caring with which they perform their duties. I have been a client for about a year or more and I can only applaud the seriously hardworking and accommodating staff for the extreme personal management abilities during any crisis situation, which has been the case since day 1 of my office joining them as a tenant.
