The building is well kept, however the executive suite managment team is exceptional.

Before you decide to rent an office...look over your contract because they will not disclose every fee. I was charged in Exit Fee of 375.00 and of course no one ever mentioned it during the sales pitch even after I asked about hidden fees. Of course they will always go back to its in black and white on the contract. Beware of that. I hate doing business with shady companies... definitely wont be returning here. The facility was broken into at least three times in my time here. Talked to manager and they said there is nothing they can do ... no problem.. I am sure losing business is not a big concern for them since they got tons of customers. Sharing this experience so you can decide for yourself!

Business Lounge are is great. Staff is very friendly and will help with any questions. Definitely the best option in the Woodlands area.

Even if you get a month to month rent they keep charging you again and again with no reason. I called many times and sent emails to get my money back but there’s no body how can help you.

Can’t get anyone to answer the phone... guess they don’t want the business from anyone calling from an international number. Didn’t even get an answering service or automated system to leave a message.Pains me that I used to send new business to them all the time. Ironically, I would do so in order to ensure my franchisees had a “live answer” if someone called their office. Truly disappointed. What a waste.

I leased an office for 18 months and it was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Reception team was awesome, professional, and friendly.Will genuinely miss my office there because of what the Regus team made it to be.

Good mgmt. Flexible. Good rental offices. We rented multiple rooms after our office got flooded, been happy till now.Nothing much to complain about.

Building is a little old but its across the street from my gym and the price is right.
