This is in reference to Advanced Disposal - Moody AL 3301 Acmar Road. Part of Waste Management. And this is a massive ongoing issue. We pay for a service from your company and basic expectations of services are simply not being met. Moving forward, we would like a solution or action plan in place of simply picking up our trash when your company says they are going to. Or a simple notification of delayed services would be nice. When trash service is not performed weekly, it creates a backup for our family that is nearly impossible to catch up. If this is going to be an ongoing problem, then you need to provide an additional trash bin to compensate for your failed services. Otherwise, what are we paying for?

Waste Management is overpriced and you can never speak to a person. Multiple instances where the drivers went past my trash and never picked it up. WM eventually canceled my service due to issues with the city, then charged me cancelation fees. Its very unfortunate that big businesses operate like this. WM, please spend less money sponsoring golf tournaments and provide more resources to customer service.

The historic modernist tower still looks good... but years ago the developer tore down the beautiful First City National Bank Hall that was an integral part of the complex and built that horrible parking garage in its place. HUGE mistake... especially given whats happening Downtown these days. Lots of possibilities squandered by another short sited and disrespectful Houston developer.Imagine how much better Main Street Square would be if this glassy 3-story high hall were still there... Amazing retail space(s) anyone??? Food hall??? Interestingly, Allen Centers new Glass Box lobby looks A LOT like what was once here (with less 1960s flair).

Brevard waste management is terrible. Their contract is terrible with waste management. I would appreciate a refund for missed days.

Huge, clean well maintained shopping center. Very busy most of the time and can get pretty congested. Parking could be an issue even though theres lots of it

This place is horrible. Apparently u cant walk out of the underground mall and sit here. Was told to move I wasnt welcome here. All I was doing was searching for my next location. It was an African-American woman that works the front desk. Mean while right behind me was a Caucasian man in a suit sitting talking loudly on the phone.
