While the building is a bit outdated and one of the two elevators in a 6 floor building has been broken for over a month there is a redeeming factor: Joel the Watchman. (at the 2600 S. Loop West property) He is always professional, kind, and extremely helpful. In a less than wonderful area I know that everything is secure while im here.
