This was my first and last time visiting this nail shop. The staff was very friendly, but I requested and paid for shellac nails on my hands and toes. My toes were painted with shellac/gel, however my full set was regular nail polish, which ending up chipping later on that same day. This is specifically why I request shellac. This place will charge you for a service and style you DID NOT request. For that reason I will not be coming here again and advise any, and everyone to enjoy a nail day else where.

Absolutely wonderful service. Nina was my nails tech she was friendly, experienced, and thorough(she did the design). I was genuinely amazed with this small shops cleanliness and skill. I will be flaunting my toes everywhere. Y’all have to come check her out!

I like the place. They are all wearing their mask and they have the film blockers. They even take tour temperature before you are worked on. I got the powder. Jay worked on my hands and I think she did a great job. She was really nice and very focused. Will most likely come back but I do think they’re abiT pricey I ended up paying 45 for the powder so.

Always friendly with beautiful results. Pretty Nails will continue to be my go to nail shop for however long theyre there!

They do such an amazing job. I love them. I always gets so many compliments on my nails. They do great pedicures. They are friendly, clean and great nails technicians.

If I could save anybody their time and money then this post is worth it. I went in for an ombré/coffin tip and what I got was absolutely not what I went in for.. on top of that the price went up at the counter to $60! Which would have been ok if my nails looked ok but honestly I can’t even believe the associate had ever done nails before.. Pretty Nails is a wonderful place. They used to be in the plaza across the street from Target but moved to this location because the parking was better.I usually go to Tiffany for my dip powder manicure and she’s great!They have screen to separate the client and the technician; they wipe down after each client; they also take your temperature when you come in. Your safety and their safety is key.Make sure you call ahead of time to schedule your appointment!

If I could have given this no stars I would have! Please do not go here and waste your time and money. The charges me $40 for a set of uneven, bad shaped nails! Then try to argue with me that it was good work! Please stay far away from this nailShop

TERRIBLE SERVICEi came in for a full set today and i asked for long coffin nails. they said it would be $35. i sat down and she cut one nail and said this is how long for $35 they are the shortest nails i have ever gotten. 3 of my nails have dents in them because the acrylic isn’t applied properly. i have my license to do nails and these were not it. i ended up paying $45 dollars for cut up fingers and short nails. i dont know how to take a picture or i would.

The place was nice the pedicure was great. Not sure how the $45 pedicure turned into the $65 pedicure but thats what I paid.

I will never come back again. I paid for last extensions. Two days later the lashes were falling out. I came back to get them fixed and was told it would be 15 minutes or come back the next day. I waited 40 minutes. I will never come back again. First and last time

My sister and I came in on Sunday, it was raining and so the parlor was quite and relaxing. Everyone was kind and talkative, very helpful with color suggestions and styles. And all the stylists were so gentle! Im very ticklish and I didnt have any issues with that. Pretty fast service and good music. Thanks yall!

I do not recommend this place to anybody. I saw them te using those dollar store cheese graters they use to remove your callus on several people. The lady cut my cuticles too much and two days later two of my toes were infected. I paid extra for the pedicure with a “leg massage” however she just kinda rubbed some lotion on my legs that later started to give me a rash and now two days later I had to go to the doctors to get checked because it did not went away. In general this place is 100% unsanitary and I saw them being rude to a lady who was trying to get them to correct the manicure they were doing on her.

I am a loyal client of this nail salon. Everytime I travel to Houston I come here to get my nails done. This is by far the best service I have experience.

I called and asked how much a full set is one day and they told me 35$ . The next day I dropped off my little 12 yr old sister with that 35 then they tell her they charge 50$ . Didn’t even get anything done ! BS

This place is simply amazing! They do a precise and thorough job each time I come. The pricing is just right for me and the atmosphere is relaxing. Thumbs up!

Had one good experience out of the three times I went. First time I went was great Tiffany did a great job. The second time I went anther lady did my nails and missed all the sides of my nails with color and my nails were rough rather than smooth when I left. I went on my lunch break so I didnt have time to stay. Then I went back and had Tiffany fix them and its not even a week later and my nails are popping off. Frustrating cause with having got them done and fixed I paid $70 for blue powder mediocre nails... This was supposed to only cost me $45. $35 for the nails and a $10 tip. I have work and cannot have missing fingernails. They dont open before I have to leave for work and I cant get all of them off because its still so fresh. Dont even know what to do right now...

Awesome as always. Amy is very meticulous which I love because she tries her very best to find any imperfections and correct them.

My friend and I got a gel manicure and pedicure here and it was the best manicure Ive ever had. They all took the time making sure every detail was perfect. The price was definitely worth it. Cant wait to go back!

Tiffany is awesome.

Service was completed. They have horrible communication. Basic pedi is $25 which is normal. They charged me $35 because they had to remove my shellac that was barely even on and also charged for the my “French” which is awful looking. I would not recommend unless you are desperate!

Wonderful salon with great people. I followed Tiffany here when she took over the salon this summer. Always does a fantastic job. Relaxing and enjoyable experience every time.

I really love how theyre able to give me individual eyelash extensions! Made it very full yet natural and I absolutely love it! Quick and painless procedure

Tiffany does a great job with my nails. They stay open later than most nail shops and they are open on Sundays!

Very attentive... they take there time with you ... kid friendly to get daughter nails done, they have a special chair for the little girls to sit to get there pedi done and there feet is attended the same way as mommy ... you wont regret it

Whe I first visited this place with my daughters it was great. Over time the service and care became less and less professional. I had my nails painted twice in one visit! The first two choice of nail didnt dry and was sticky-the tech said it was because of the weather. Will never return to this location!

Not as bad as others nail salons in Houston but I alway go and tip six dollars when I get my eyebrows done, this time I was left with two differently shaped eyebrows and red bumps every where . I never get this bad a service but this time might be the last time I go because gradually my eyebrows have gotten worse . Do think with a six dollar tip every time they would try and do better on me or get someone who knows what they are doing.

Its hit and miss here. They do an ok job with nails. Excellent job with pedicures and eyebrows! Customer service is good.

Prices change without notice. My last visit the refill was $18 with regular polish. When I arrived I was told $20 for refill with regular polish, but was charged $25. No prices are posted. I will not return to Pretty Nails.
