I haven’t made any purchases yet but I did stop in one day to ask about screen printing and had a great interaction with the lady. She couldn’t help with what I wanted but recommended someone who could help and not only gave me the contact info but attempted to contact the person to confirm if they could help me. I thought that was above and beyond the normal nowadays and was very appreciative. I also noticed the various pieces on display and was very impressed with what I saw, especially this little blue monogrammed baby crown that I couldn’t stop staring at. I just wanted to add that and plan to visit again in the near future. Thank you

Walked in on a Tuesday at 5:30 (30 minutes before they close). Needed one jacket embroidered with a name on it. When I walked in the worker was at the back doing something so I said “Hello” to call her to the front to which she looked at me and didn’t respond, but still proceeded to walk towards me. When she got to the podium (still no words from her), I told her I needed a jacket embroidered - to which she responded with “Ugh (very snarky) - it’s late.” I said I didn’t need it today and was dropping it off (needed it on Saturday). She then looked at me and said “Well we have a 2 week window.” I don’t know if this is necessarily true, or if she just didn’t want my business, but I was shocked by how I was welcomed. I just moved nearby and need things embroidered all of the time (thinking I would take in this one item to try this shop for the first time). Completely fine with the 2 week waiting window, not okay with how rude the worker was. Lost my business.

$25 for a three letter monogram on a towel. $30 rush fee when her current wait time is apparently 1 week to a week and a half. This place never has any good service and outrageous prices. Youd think they were monogramming in gold based on their prices. Go somewhere else.

I would never come here again due to both bad quality and even worse customer service. A bag I brought here was monogrammed completely off centered, strings hanging out everywhere, and letters unevenly spaced. When I asked if it could be taken out, I was rudely told to come back in a month because she didnt have time and it will cost more than you paid for already. Counting it as a loss and walked away in tears. Wouldnt trust this place.

Great experience! The wonderful woman did my order in record time and I love the finished product! So friendly and professional. I highly recommend. They’ve earned my business and will return with my company logo for all future work. Thank you so much!
