What a delightful experience! Every person I worked with, in the design process of two unique monograms for pillows for my master bedroom, was so helpful and enjoyable to work with. They made thread color suggestions that I never thought to use and they helped me with the sizing and spacing of the letters.I was beyond pleased with the finished products. I was also excited to see their assortment of gifts that I could choose for wedding presents and baby gifts.This Southern girl loves monograms and loves to give gifts that are monogrammed!Check out Jeanne’s- you won’t be disappointed!

I have had several things monogrammed at this store. I am always greeted with a hello when I walk in the door and the young lady behind the counter always helps me choose the font and thread color. I have always been pleased with the work. They have a pretty quick turn around time, too. Just dont wait to close to Christmas!

This is one of my favorite stores to get baby gifts or anything that will be a show stopper at a function. ALL the ladies, especially Jamie & Jen are so incredible helpful and nice. They are always prompt with service and the quality of work is great. I am always so incredibly pleased every time I go there. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

The merchandise in this shop seemed overpriced and the selection limited. The sales ladies were disinterested and unhelpful with my inquiries. When I asked the sales lady what colors the monograms can be done in, she waved her hand toward a huge drawer full of spools, as if I could see with radar vision, all the color choices behind the counter. It is very strange that the owners could not be bothered to make a sample catalog of thread colors or sample monogram stitches on fabric, considering this is what they do for a living. In addition the items I ordered monogrammed were not completed by the promised date and were still sitting undone in the work queue 5 days later.

Jennifer was very helpful and pleasant. The shop is a cute boutique with a great assortment of gifts for all occasions! I will definitely be a continued customer.

I never shopped here so dont know the prices and service but store looked so cute! It reminded me of a Christmas card!
