Nice and family place I recommend it for your children, I miss this place!

This is one of the best martial arts school in Houston; 1st of all because you can go everyday if you can if you want,and must of other schools they only give you 2 class per weekAnd I really like how they train and teach i love it!!I recommend to you, try itOnly the Lazy people quit at my school, I am really proud of my school.

This is a great place to learn. My family and I have been at the school for a couple of years and we have one red belt and two blue belts. We enjoy the choice we have to learn fast or slow depending on our schedules. My youngest is 10, but he started when he was 7. And this summer my twins will join at age 6.

Grand Master Van Binh is a great Teacher!Till now I couldnt lift him off the ground. I can do legs press over 1000 LB but not GM Van with 140 LB.That is experience!!!

Ive been a student of Grand Master Van Binh for 2 years at this point and have both my 10 year old son and wife joining me. This is an excellent place to learn for adults and children who want a safe and comfortable family feel. Everyone is very friendly and make every effort to include older and younger students alike. About the martial art, I like that Grand Master teaches much more than Taekwon Do. They also teach Aikido and Judo. The mixture of these styles makes for very interesting experience since you are finding many ways to solve the same problems or attacks. You are not simply taught to kick and punch, but instead softer styles that wont always injure your opponent. I highly recommend the school.

I went to Van Binh Self Defense Academy for years when I lived in Houston. It definitely has a family like atmosphere. The instruction was fantastic and Van Binh certainly has experience and the skill which provides a quality training. Unfortunately, my job necessitated that I move away from Houston but for anyone considering training that lives in Houston, I cant recommend this school enough. Van Binh will find a way to help you learn martial arts irrespective of age or ability. And the instructors that work for him, I thought, were top notch. This school (and Van Binh) is one of the reasons I miss Houston.

The people here are amazing, it almost feels like family! i really recommend this school, plus it multipel self defence classes, which are hard to find in all in one place.

I trained there loved it. The instructors are great. Very knowledgeable and dont promote you unless you earn it.

My son and nephew had great training, unfortunately we could not continue with the classes, but everything they learned stayed with them. Now we are getting ready to send out daughter.
