I have done 2 studies with this company and I am very please with my experience. They run on time, the recruiter and friendly and responsive. They honor the schedule of the study and they pay out is within a reasonable time.

If you are wondering whether or not this company is legit and offers quality service through their studies, THEY ARE. I did a three day study that compensated $150, then was called to do a follow up study that paid $100 a day after! I was paid about 3 days after that study through Zelle and I am so excited to do more studies with ConneXion Research!

I have used this facility for several clients. They are always pleased with the service they receive at the facility. It has all of the amenities that they are looking for.They love the ease of getting to the location.Its easy for respondents to find and there is a lot of parking for the respondents. You dont have respondents driving around lost so that you have to delay the start time of your groups. It makes my life easier as a recruiter to be able to give clear and easy to follow instructions for the respondents to get to the facility.

This review is written from a client perspective. My first experience here was a great one. Lots of attention to detail, the service and audio/video technology. Ive been to several facilities through-out the country and I must say, this is arguably my favorite. We ran into ZERO problems which is rare. The facility is called a Boutique but I would actually label it First-Class Boutique. I would highly recommend this place to anyone conducting their research in Houston.

As an ad agency/marketing executive, I’ve engaged ConneXion Research on multiple occasions for qualitative research including focus groups, IDIs, and ethnographies. Maricel is an outstanding moderator and she’s 100% bilingual, which makes it possible to have the same person lead English and Spanish language groups (avoiding dual bias). Connexion Research is a waste of time and only collects your information. Within the past year, I receive emails about many studies from them. However, they dont answer my calls or reached back to me when I leave voicemails about qualifying for a study.
