During my four years at Opera in the Heights, I served as Manager of Operations & Patron Services, then later as Marketing & Events Manager. I cant share enough about how positive my experience was working with Raquel and Refinery Brands over the course of the entire period. During my first two years they delivered exceptional results surrounding our season promotions including email marketing, social media, PR, advertising, and our annual brochure. She also worked closely with our Executive Director to develop end-of-year fundraising campaigns as well as miscellaneous fundraising campaigns throughout the year. Her responsiveness and turn-around time were superior. Once I took on the Marketing & Events Role, I absorbed several of the items Refinery produced for us, however, Raquel was always more than happy to advise me and quickly answered any questions I had.
