I used to come here regularly about a year or two ago. I remember the place being decently clean and cool. Well, I returned for the first time in a long time and it was so hot. I arrived at around 3 pm and it couldn’t have been cooler than 85 degrees in there. On top of that, the place was very dirty. I will no longer be returning here, I’ll be looking for a cleaner and cooler place to wash my laundry.

I love the place but there not enough laundry carts. People keeps them as if someone is going to steal them.. We need more please

The lady who works there is rude.I was trying to do laundry for two people I just had a 20 dollar bill. I asked if I could have change she cut me off before I finished speaking to tell me she won’t give me (2 )10s she directed me to the quarter machine.

I like this place big washers the dryers need to be a little bit more hotter. Spent over $3 drying clothes thats way too much other than that I like the place.

Its ok for what it is . Just dont leave anything expensive there for longer than an hour . Even though they got cameras, they wont show you . They also give away all the clothes, from the night before, every morning to some lady who sells em at her garage sales . 😒

Have hard time trusting myself at Universal since having to deal with employee who treated me as someone looking for way to get money out of them. That employee caused me to leave items of sentimental value that cannot be replaced.

Spot is pretty decent it’s clean the machines is clean but they put water in the bleach bottles behind the counter and the lady behind the counter had and attitude when i told her about it she tried to act like she didn’t know when she knew.

Cheap clean laundromat

Wish i could give it no stars, no ac, no friendly staff, i had a bad expirience, i know how i wash my clothes and how much detergent to use depending on size, the machine i use was bad and i told the lady that was working there and blame me saying that i wasnt putting enough detergent and that i had to use powder one, i was so upset w the service that i forcely stop the machine i didnt care about her giving my money back. it was just a waste of money and time, i will never ever ever go back and also tell my friends not to go there either, i do not recommend at all, unless u dont care how to wash ur clothes..

Neat and clean, but the attendant seems to have an attitude when you make her aware of a faulty machine .
