My second time coming to VH. The people behind the counter is always friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back in the future.

Its an older place, with machines and questionable efficiency. But my clothes were clean and dry.

Half of the machines dont work and theres NO AC only ceiling fans. Clothes have a weird smell when coming off their dryers. YUCK!!!

Staff was very outgoing and eager to help. Gave me recommendations on which washers were in service and the best for my needs. Sold me some reasonably priced detergent since I forgot mine. 5 big 🌟.

My house flooded during Harvey. Took multiple loads including sheets, towels and permanent press. They had in all done in about 4 hours. Friendly staff and my laundry was done beautifully. Would recommend.

I love coming here! Good prices and awesome customer service! I was having trouble with one of the dryers and a yung lady with glasses was very helpful very sweet person! I definitely recommend this place !

I was organizing a clients home and needed to get over 200# of cloths cleaned. The manager not only gave me a deal, but exceeded my deadline. The client was happy and so was I.

The lady who works here stopped our dryer cycle, then told me that there was too much clothes in the dryer??? Then why did she give me this shocked expression when I caught her going through our clothes, I was watching the light on the machine like a hawk but apparently you have to be directly in front of your machine so the staff wont cheat you out of your last minutes. She then told us the place was closing soon, but it wasnt going to close for another 20 minutes (we honestly just needed 10.) Also the pacman machine ate our quarter, the buttons do NOT work.

Wow this place was awesome not sure if they still have the slot machines anymore but I used to love to come here do my laundry and play video poker while waiting for clothes

People working inside are nice but almost all dryers and washers are old and dont work.

Filthy. At least 75% of the washers are out of order/not working. Theyre all leaking so theres towels everywhere on the floor to soak it up. One of the washers I used did not spin during the spin cycle, the attendant only gave me $1 towards drying. She should have given me enough to rewash my clothes since that machine is obviously not functioning properly and my clothes were still completely soaked.

Horrible customer service and even worst machines.Do not I repeat do not waste your money there.I went there to wash some items when my washer went out and the washer I used did not go on spin the attendant hollered at me and told me to move my clothes.And gave me a towel because my clothes was dripping water everywhere.I took my clothes and went to another laundry mat.

The owner scams people by allowing them to use machines that he knows do not work, and then refusing them full refunds and/or credit.
