I’ve been here for about 3 hours just trying to wash 3 loads of clothes. First the washer wasn’t working. I had to wait on the lady to get here. That took about 30 mins. Then two of my dryers took forever. One finished just fine but the other load I put $1.75 in the dryer and my clothes are still not dry. So I had to take them out and put them in another dryer, that starts at $0.75. Dissatisfied customer. And to top it all off I had to add an extra $0.50 because my clothes still wasn’t dry.

Wash here regularly... Early mornings are the best time to do laundry here. Good machine, clean space and they also provide WiFi... Best place in 3rd Ward..

There were a few things about this place that were great, but unfortunately the experience of actually laundering was awful. They have plenty of laundry baskets/trollies, perfect operating hours, and location (there are literally no other places in third ward). A lot of the washing machines and dryers were out of order. I get the occasional “out of order” since they can get pricey to fix or take time to fix but BOTH of the big washers were down as well as several “medium” load washers. On both of my loads, the spin cycle either quit early or wasn’t working because my items were soaking wet when the time was finished. I had to re do both of those cycles and thankfully the second time they were spun. But it ended up costing me another $9.The dryers are the worst. It took 70 minutes to dry one medium load of clothes and I still ended up with some articles being damp. My delicates cycle took almost 60 minutes! I couldn’t imagine how long it may take to wash a blanket or towels. I am typically in and out of a laundromat in less than an hour and a half. It took 3 hours here :(. Due to having to repeat 2 wash cycles and the dryers not drying; I spent triple what I typically spend for 2 small-medium loads. (Delicates and regular clothes)I wanted to love this laundromat since it is so close to my house but it looks like I’ll have to keep driving to Montrose.

If it wasnt a last resort, I would never go here. Most of the washers & dryers dont work at all or not to full capacity. A while back, a machine ate all my money. The owner at the time was very rude about returning my money & stated that she was at the airport and didnt have time for this. Although its advertised as closing at 12am, it really depends on when the workers feel like going home. I came at 10:45 to see if they were open & the attendant told me it was last wash. I came back in less than 15 minutes & she was hesitant to let me in. When she did let me in with my 2 items, she said that I could wash but not dry. It was a huge inconvenience! I would NOT recommend this place unless youre desperate!

They ok. Not the cleanest at all. I only come to use dryers but hear alot of complaints about the washers. Dryers work great when they actually work

Literally only 30% of the washers work and the ones that do work eat your money. So enjoy turning one load into a three hour process because you have to wait for equipment to be usable. If you have to go here go in the early morning.

Its a very clean washareria. The staff are polite. Just stay away from the seventy five cent dryer on the upper row to the far left.

Small neighborhood washeteria on Truxillo St.@ Ennis St. that was been in business since 1950. They have double, triple and quadruple load front loading washer that cost $2.25, $4.25 and $5.50 respectively.

This is 2and time I lost money in machine the first time was washer today the washer and dryer ate my money its early so no ones here to complain to every penny counts for some of us

Close to home cameras everywhere no one can get away with stealing as in the past it was possible. Its clean. If theres no one on the site you can make a phone call to answer mediately and if they dont send to someone they bring themselves whether it be you lost a quarter in the dryer or they have a washer leaking no matter what the problem they get there immediately or send someone. Ive had nothing but good experiences there the dryers are super duper hot you dont waste your money

I heard that this was a great place to wash all sizes of laundry that you have. Because our laundry room was not working I went to this location to wash my clothes. The area is very clean and very organized. The washers do work and I am able to wash my clothes very effectively on all the Cycles. The dryers are very hot at this location which I appreciate that. That means I put in less money to get fresh drying hot clothes. My only discrepancy will be the parking. The parking is very small and it is across from a vacant lot as well as an apartment complex and everybody is attempting to park at the spot. So you will need to come to this location very early or later on in the day where people are not attempted to wash their clothes.

Broken machines bad customer service from workers. And owner has a nasty attitude as well. I reached out many times about the concerns I had never received any call backs. When i did speak with someone she was very unprofessional and rude. I will never patronize this business again.

Have patronized this establishment many times. Today was the final day Ill be going there. Today was the third time Ive had trouble with the machines there with no resolution! Today when I called, I was told by the person answering the phone, theyd be there in 15 mins to correct the situation, move clothes to another machine. After an hour of waiting, I called back only to find out that shed forgotten about me! The previous time was a couple of months ago, same issue with malfunctioning machine. The attendant left for the day to go eat chicken wings. Again left there with NO RESOLUTION! I do not posses economic prowess. I live at a deficit each month due to health costs. The money that I have to wash my clothes once a month is ALL I have! It may seem like pennies to the folks that operate that establishment but to myself, its a lifeline! AVOID IF POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY IF YOURE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED!!

My favorite laundromat!! They have one male, one female restroom very clean!!The wash areas are always clean and tidy. There are three sizes of washers to choose including two jumbo ones. Change machines.Lots of dryers, very large. Seating on each side and counters for folding. Baskets with wheels and WiFi. Nice location; comfortable without loiterers. Love this place, process good too. Definitely recommend!!! 💕

This place is awesome, always so clean, and if there is ever a machine that is out of order it is fixed by your next visit. The owners are really nice too. Glad to have a place like this to wash in 3rd ward!!!

I am so happy that I came across this laundromat. A friend mentioned to me that I should try it out because it was very clean and safe. I came during the week and I was very comfortable here. I used their free WifFi to do some work while waiting on my clothes to finish. What more do you want from a laundry? Clean and convenient.

This is my first time coming and I love it! They have large washers up to 50lbs and the place is very clean. Best of all I was in and out really fast. I will be back!

It is very convenient. The owner is a very nice, pleasant, and friendly person. Its always washier and dryers open when I come on a busy Saturday. The place is clean and now modernized. It looks great ! They even offer free wifi. I can wash my clothes while trying to catch up on school work on my laptop. Another great thing is they open early and stay open to 12am.

I absolutely love this Washateria. It is very clean has TVs seating area I drive 15 minutes just wash here...they close at midnight so it works for me.

I would not say just a area or proximity. This is the best washateria that I have been to in houston. The owner was friendly and very detail oriented and the place was clean. They were even spraying to prevent bugs from entering the facility.Parking lot was clean. Dryers lent was taken out of each one and the staff cleaned each washer machine. To make it sweet its a black owned family business which is awesome. I came here last week and came away impressed.I will be back.

Cleaner than a lot of other places in the area, management is nice. There are also cameras and very large washing machines for convenience.

A high review I decided to try out this washateria. I do not recommend this place for anyone with a lot of clothes. They only have 2 large washers and 1 of them was broken. I used dryer #12. I got an error message after I put my money in. Once the error was gone it asked for more money. I called the number listed multiple time and even sent a text message. I got no response. The dryer require a minimum of .75 for 21-24 minutes. I ended up have to dry majority of my stuff after 40 minutes. Keep in mind I still havent heard back from anyone. I even waited until I left before I posted this review. I still havent heard back. Smh. Its been an hour.

This is not my first visit to this laundromat but I thought it was time for me to leave a positive review. This laundromat is a great community gem! The place is always clean especially the restrooms unlike the other rundown laundromats in the area. There is also free WiFi and flat screen tvs are a plus. I definitely recommend this place.

I have grown up in washaterias most of my life and this has been one of the most well kept facilities. It is clean and well managed. The last couple of months, the owners have upgraded the place with new colored walls, polite signs on house rules, and even high speed WIFI. This is is just a game changer for me as I can do homework while doing my laundry.

I have been coming here for two years. Its always clean! Plenty of machines, TVs, WiFi, and late hours make this washateria the best in the neighborhood.

This is a small clean washateria with free WiFi. Considering the neighborhood, its a gem but dont expect any single load washers. The prices for laundry start at 2.25/washer and up. They have a soda, snack and change machine and they are open convenient hours for any shift.....6am-midnight (last wash 11pm)

My experience is very good, the building is very well maintained, everything is organized, the lady that works there is very nice And respectful, all the machines work, there is never any real huge issues with machines not working, the comfortability is very nice with TV to watch while you wait & snacks & the restroom are also very clean too

Very clean washateria with reasonably priced washers and driers. The place is fresh thanks to the a/c and fans & they have free wifi. Honestly the best washateria Ive ever been to. I drive 40 minutes just to come here. I also love that theyre open till midnight with the last wash being at 11.EDIT: the staff is awesome, friendly, and will answer any questions over the phone or in person.

This is the cleanest, quietest and best air conditioned washateria I have ever been in. Free Wi-Fi and friendly staff always answers the phone to help with any issues. I asked if they had detergent on site to purchase before my first visit and she said yes but was honest with me that it was intended for emergencies; I was better off bringing my own. I really appreciate helping us keep in budget.
