I went to go wash last night and let me tell you the costumer services was excellent actually that is why i came my friend washes here and told me about your employee believe her name is Celina shes awesome always willing to drop what shes doing to help always has a smile. The washers clean and the store is great environment to wash clothes at screen tvs a plus. Love that restrooms are clean..

This is a nice and clean laundromat, the machines are new, clean and there are many different load size machines to choose from. You can easily come and wash bedding and linen items and it won’t take long. The prices are reasonable and change depending on the load.

I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. It is very clean, the machines are in good order, and it’s reasonably priced. The lady who was working was very nice and helpful. The only way it could be better is if it had card machines instead of coins.

Terrible experience dont come here!Machine was clogged and my detergent didnt go down. I spoke to the front desk person saying this was a malfunction of your product and was told we cant do anything about it. I lost $4.50 and most importantly my time!Go down the street to spacecity I was able to wash the same load there (size 4) for $2.25 with great customer service and free wifi.

This place has new owners. It is very clean. Hours are til midnight so that people can wash late after hours. The owners and the girls that work here care about customers and it shows. They are very courteous and they have giveaways. You must collect tickets with every wash and save them for the giveaways. There kids section is also well kept. They have regular and large load machines. They are time savers plus they wash very well. Unlike other washaterias that adjust machine performance. They dont cheat their customers. My mom loves this place and their hours. Give this family owned business a try, they will not dissappoint. Lets support our small business owners.

A lady who is working at front desk is so rude. She was eating on desk where we put our clothes and she is absolutely not good in customer service. I am regular customer over here since it opens but I think this is my last trip to this washeteria.

Washed clothes here 2 nights ago by the way the hours are great but anyways love that the employee (belive her name is Selina)keeps the store clean she is always walking around cleaning and willing to help thats why i chose to come at night verses day employee in the day time always on her phone or just sitting watching tv seems like she gets mad wen asked to help thats why i gave 4 stars her costumer services is awful. Also love the folding tables alwaya clean and all great experience during the night time...

I LOVE this place and the awesome lady who works there! She speaks very little English and I even less Spanish but we still somehow are able to communicate lol Shes very helpful and kind, the place itself is very clean (so happy they remodeled) their A/C is kicking and all the machines are brand new and work amazingly well! Laundry day isnt so bad if you choose to go here!

I love this laundry mat! The attendant are so nice and helpful, and they do an excellent job .The upkeep of the machines is awsome,m! Theyre cleaned after use, regularly. There are vending machines for snacks, along with big screens for T. V and video viewing while you wait. There is also a laundry service. Totally the place to go!

Nice and new, Clean, efficient, really kind, helpful manager named Elissa. So happy to have this close by. I left a couple of things and called back up there and everyone from the owner were extremely kind and helpful! Will be going back on Wednesdays for ¢.25 off washers, that really helps on a fixed income. 👍

Love this place. The attendant is always there and helpful and keeps it spotless and the machines are all new and well maintained. Also the TVs aren’t blaring constantly which is a commodity with washaterias.

In the year 2020 they are still using coins. it is very clean considering the amount of customers that frequent the business place, however it should be renamed Mexican Splash 99% of the people who are there. Personally, I dont like it because it is uncomfortable, I prefer diversity and I did not feel comfortable to do laundry especially when they have seats in front of the machines so that people can constantly be staring at you doing your laundry - very irritating. Everytime I look around there is someone staring at me looking miserable. 24 hour laundry in Bellaire is much better, you can use your credit card and there is much more room. And you dont have to be anyones entertainment while you are doing your laundry.
