I paid $200 for cleaning services! Let’s say when I got home, the house was not clean like I was expecting it to be! They didn’t do the room upstairs nor did the mop upstairs! They didn’t even mop or sweep my room! I paid for something that I am not happy with! Why is it when I walk in, my kitchen and living room was wet but not my room nor the bathroom. They tried to say one of the rooms was locked and it was not locked! Trash behind my couch and table! They moped my room but yet I have clothes on the floor in my room! How did you mop! Paid 200 for what type of service!Poor quality of service!

Mary and Jeni have have been cleaning my home for the last 2 months and they are excellent. I told them things I wanted to see and they made it happen. I would recommend them to anyone and for me to trust you in my home is big for me but they do there job and leave and barley talk . I like a business that knows there assignment. They will be with me as long as they want me . Good job Ladies and keep up the good work

I was very pleased with the communication and services that were done. Now, I am very satisfied and can say my house is very clean and that the money was worth it. Thanks a lot Trey for the professional after-sale-service experience.ORIGINAL:Not satisfied. I re-vacuumed the whole apartment and emptied 2.5 buckets! All bathroom surface are still dirty, none were mobbed. Even though I told them them to redo the bathrooms. Very sad experience unfortunately.

I’m pretty shocked at the reviews and my experience in comparison. Perhaps I have different standards of what clean is but I think the issues I had were just carelessness. I paid for the introductory services which is a “deep clean” and includes more than the typical monthly cleanings yet I didn’t even get things that were promised in a standard clean - the microwave wasn’t opened or cleaned, the kitchen appliances were full of smudges and the hood above my stove was untouched, my couch wasn’t touched or fluffed or anything, every shower head in my bathrooms had not been touched at all and still had built up calcium (I even had to ask them to go back upstairs to do them and they still couldn’t actually clean them properly…), there was dust and dirt in my office still on the floors, all of the trim still had every smudge that took me 2 seconds to wipe off with a magic eraser after they left. I didn’t ask much for $400 and they couldn’t even do the basics right. No sheet changes either and the beds looked like a 5-year old made them. This was a pathetic excuse for a standard cleaning and yet I paid double for the “deep clean.” This company is a joke and Trey promised to offer me a discount the next time around when I gave them a chance to make it right and instead ghosted me and my text messages. Avoid this place and save your money.UPDATE: The offer that Trey is mentioning is an offer to come back the same week and redo the areas they messed up and missed the first time. I’m an attorney and I don’t have time for two cleaning appointments in one week so I said no. I took him up on a follow-up appointment a few weeks later that he offered to do at half price, not even a courtesy offer and I was going to pay for it. I followed up several times and never got a reply.

These two maids were incredible. I was hesitant at first to have maids clean because of previous experiences but due to a time crunch I had no choice. I am so happy I did though! These two cleaned quickly but thoroughly, including places like the shower doors (which usually I would have to request and would still not be done properly). Most of all I loved how they were happy and smiling, didn’t make me feel as though they were annoyed at the mess or they didn’t want to be here. Very sweet maids and I will definitely be calling them on a scheduled basis!

They sent me a reminder the day before and arrived in the time frame that they said they would be there. They did everything that was described in the service and made sure I was happy before leaving. More impressive, there were some stains in the kitchen and bathroom - that I was unable to clean out - that these cleaners were able to do. I sent Two Maids and a Mop Houston to clean my mothers home. My mother was extremely happy and thankful for such a clean home. Trey is easy to communicate with and all the work done exceeded my expectations.

The maids came in and got to work. They went through every room, wiped every service, taking care to move items so they got underneath. Vacuumed/swept & mopped then moved on to the next. When they finished upstairs, they went through each room again making sure nothing was overlooked then came downstairs and went to work. They transformed our 4K sqft home in less than 3 hours. Three of our six children are “Virtual Learning” at home, the other three still take napes throughout the day. The ladies we cognizant of the kids and worked very quietly when they could help it. We definitely will continue using Two Maids and a Mop!
